    I ordered a TV, DVD player, stand and Scart cable from John Lewis Direct. None of which were delivered when specified. In fact I had 4 deliveries. The DVD player was left outside in the rain.     I purchased a HP laptop and chose free delivery. I expected the laptop to be delivered within 5 days. I was very pleased to receive it in perfect condition within less than 24 hours. My shopping experience has been excellent.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Goods not received, did not receive any return phone calls, no one has seemed to take ownership of the problem, money debited from credit card although goods not despatched.

    I paid 7 pounds for a "named delivery day" with John Lewis, waited all day. Turns out the van could not find the location so went back to the depot, seemingly without trying to call to get directions. As I can't take days off from work on such a regular basis, I had to cancel the order.

    They said it would take up to 28 days but I still don't have my cot after 48 days and still no sign of it yet!

    I would not recommend buying a cot from here unless they have it in stock and can deliver it when you state. Now my precious baby doesn't have anywhere to sleep.
