Aspire Visa have been very unhelpful, and have expected me to pay, even if my credit card hasn't worked when trying to use it at retail stores.

Outrageous charges, poor customer service, poor website for making payments (usually down), can't provide payoff balance to close the account - this way they can keep it open to post more charges. DO NOT GET THIS ACCOUNT, IT WILL FOLLOW YOU LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I find the Aspire Visa Credit Card a terrible card for the interest rate they charge. They have continuous hassle with the internet log in and payment centre and offer no help on phone.

Let's face it! If you have bad credit you'll have to pay to establish your credit. Fee's for the cards are worth paying for if you are trying to re-establish credit. Keep your balance very low on the Aspire Visa Credit card, and pay your monthly payment on time and you'll be OK.

First I cancelled the my Aspire account, but continued to pay it off. The charged me a $50 annual fee, but did take it off when I called an explained the account was closed. Then the nightmare began!!!!
