    As an ex-employee of AMEX MR I can tell you that the American Express Centurion Credit Card is for the elite few and it is by INVITATION ONLY.     I think the American Express Centurion Black Credit Card is great, the fee is quite high but the customer service is next to none, really quite amazing. I have been upgraded a number of times all without asking at hotels and on airlines. You travel as a gold passenger on almost all airlines.

    I have had the AmEx centurion Card for two years now, and think that it is, by far, the best credit card. As one of the previous reviewers stated, the initial fee is quite high.     The American Express Centurion Card is a good card but the annual fee is quite high (US$ 2500) and only for the special selected AMEX customers.
