This food has performed a miracle. After numerous visits to the vets and trying a number of high quality/sensitve foods for my 10 month old Lab who has unfortunatly got one of the most sensitive stomachs I have ever known, the vet finally recommended Chappie. I was a bit shocked as I felt I was 'scraping the barrel'a bit, but was willing to give it a try. Within 48 hours of feeding my Lab on Chappie I finally had solid stools and have been ever since (the longest period ever) and no more… Read Full Review

I agree, my cross female dog is very picky with her food, and has a bit of a dicky tummy. Her stools were sometimes OK, but mostly not. As stated earlier, within 48 hours, her stools were fully formed and have been ever since. The flavouring is pretty bland, but you can't have everything, I add a small amount of grated liver / kidney / mackeral / cheap tinned salmon - just for the smell, she loves them all.

I found this review helpful because...I felt the same about Chappie but my 3 dogs are happier, healthier and less smelly since changing.

i have two dogs and was recommended by my local private vet to feed them chappie, both my pets are a bit fussy when it comes to dog foods (although they will eat anything I eat lol) so thought id give it ago, as soon as I opened the tin the smell of it is very strong and has a paste texture and I was a bit unsure whether my youngest dog would take to eat, but as soon as it entered there bowls it was eaten lol they really seemed to enjoy it a lot and there's never any food remaining in there… Read Full Review
