I ordered and paid online for an internal door 11 days ago.The confirmation advised delivery within 10 days.I rang today to find out where my door is..was told it's ready for delivery,they don't know why I haven't been called but they cant deliver till March 13th,21 days after I ordered it! “The worst customer service ever!”

“They sell faulty goods”

Thought at first that these lights looked gorgeous. Within weeks one of the bulbs had gone. Subsequently 2 more went within a month or two. Replaced the bulbs and the first bulb (which hasn't blown) will not work, my husband who started to train as an electrician years ago is convinced it is a loose connection as there is nothing wrong with the bulb. “Broken Doors Supplied and will not replace!”

I bought some French doors from homebase. We didn't have these installed straightaway as we needed the outside wall to be taken down, lintels put in and then rebuilt to leave a hole for the doors. So I didn't take them out of the packaging to inspect the doors thoroughly as whilst storing the doors thought best to leave them in the packaging to give some protection. Ordered Farrow and Ball paint with a promise of delivery withing 3 to 5 days. At 5 days still not dispatched. E-mailed to be informed by return e-mail that they would get back to me in 72 HOURS... yes that's right THREE DAYS. I phoned customer service and, despite being repeatedly told that they valued my custom, I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes. “Absolutely terrible customer service”

They were in stock and available for delivery within 14 days. 14 days passed, the order was not shipped and I was never updated about it. Emails were never replied besides the automated "We have received your query" response. I bought a ceiling light after seeing it displayed in-store. It was displayed complete with led bulbs. I checked the product box before purchase and it informed me it came with bulbs. I assumed these to be like the ones on display. When I opened the box at home they were not leds. This is wilful deceit. I have emailed homebase twice now and received no reply. Unfortunately for you this is NOT DECEIT stores use LED bulbs in their displays because they use LESS power AND last LONGER i would say DONT assume in future

I ordered and paid for a dining table and 6 chairs on 23rd December. On 11th January I was contacted to be told that the table had been discontinued and was no longer available. “Unreasonable Delivery Time - Over 3 months”

“Unable to Compete”

I ordered a Franke stainless steel sink top on a 20% off day the net cost was £146. The quoted delivery period expired so I requested a refund. I then obtained the same sink from Screwfix online for £99 next day delivery. Furthermore, the waste fitting from Homebase was charged at an additional cost even though Franke include this with the sink top.
