“I love the clothes!”

I didn't like that I had to wait almost three weeks for delivery, BUT I was not disappointed with the items. I love the clothes and the fit on most of the items. The pants will have to be tailored around the legs but that is because I am an odd shape. The blouses were gorgeous. The materials were exquisite. I have such a hard time finding clothing that I like, so to find Simply Be was a gem for sure. I will gladly wait three weeks if it means I will enjoy the results this much. I, too, have found the delivery time annoyingly long. I waited a month and a half for my Thanksgiving-time order! I am waiting now for an order placed on Feb 12!! It is highly irritating. But, like you, I find the quality and attractiveness of the clothes themselves great. They don't SAY how long it takes to ship anywhere on their site--this is part of the bad part. Wish they would tell you up front.

“Credit account”

I bought Fromm simply be only to realise that they automatically sign you up with a credit account which is not clear when payment is made. I had to call 4 times to ensure delivery was made on time and that I eventually could close the account. The goods were fine but because of this bad practise in unclear payment method I will never buy from simply be again. “I now have a credit account i never asked for!!”

I ordered a present and paid for it with my debit card. I just reviewed my credit file only to find out I now have a credit account with Simple Be. This how down graded my score from excellent to good. I've phoned Simple Be and they are they are removing my account. How can you get credit when you don't ask for it??… Read Full Review

“Delivery service a joke!!! Damaged packaging and goods!!!”

Needed some warm winter Boots for a trip to Holland so opened an account, ordered the Boots and took advantage of the next day delivery service. My Boots never came the next day, I had to work the day after that so my parents came to my House and waited for them for me- still no Boots. “Delivery is a complete Joke, standard or next day DO...”

I ordered two pairs of jeans to be delivered next day, they weren't delivered next day. I called them up; they kept me waiting approx fifteen minutes on a premium rate number, so as you can imagine it turned out to be fairly expensive for me. When I eventually got through, I was just fobbed off with the same tracking information that is accessible to me on my account page on the website. “Never buy in this website. Simply Be is absolute rubbish.”

I created an account with Simply Be / Marisota and suddenly I was part of a credit system that I didn't asked for. They asked for my card details but they say they didn't charge me for the purchase and that I have to pay in 28 days time (I so didn't ask for that!!!). When you try to call Simply Be they keep you 10 minutes waiting on the phone and the cost of the call is very high. “Next day delivery”

The 'next working day' delivery service is a joke. People request this service for a reason; to receive their goods the very next day. I feel it is I'll advised to offer this service to customers when they have absolutely no guarantee of delivering your items within the time frame. “Not a happy bunny!!!”

Opened an account and ordered the cushion walk sandals size 9 to be delivered next day. After a week they delivered size 8 sandals, which were too small for me, although the delivery note stated they were size 9 yet shoes were labeled size 8 and they pinched my toes. “rubbish service, have cancelled my account after 1 day!”

“Pointless, unresponsive and bureaucratic”

I bought a few items from the USA simply be location. I am very disappointed in the quality of their clothing. Being a regular Lane Bryant shopper there is absolutely no comparison. “Never recieved parcel”

I never recieved the things i ordered and have had to pay for them, the parcel was delivered and signed for at a house a few doors down, i have the card that was left through my door to prove that and simply be will not accept that so i have had to pay for the items to avoid my acount being defaulted and it appearing on my credit report. With a large bra cup-size I started shopping on Simplybe because they stocked a bra I couldn't get from a shop. My experience was fine then, so when they e-mailed me about a sale, I went to their site hoping to find a bikini (you don't get much selection for F-cups on most sites). I really like the way the clothes look, although the quality varies quite a bit. My complaint with this company is that you are ordering clothing from overseas and I wasn't aware of that. “Appalling quality, poor service”

One of the dresses started to come apart after 2 washes so i returned it. They charged me a £3 late return fee which they took off my credit card. When I complained they credited it to my account. Today I received somebody elses order! When I called their customer services number, they kept me waiting for ages at 10p+VAT per minute. I asked them to call me back as it was their mistake and they said they can't as they only take calls and don't make them unless it is an emergency. “Wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I tried to order”

I have had some of the same issues with them. Too bad that they can't be honest and straightforward, because the clothes are lovely WHEN YOU CAN FINALLY GET THEM. I can't track my package because they don't have any tracking number on the website under my account, so I have no idea if I will ever get this order.
