“Horrible Customer Service!”

Ordered 5 dresses, ended up returning 3 of them. Received a credit that was $140 less than the amount of the 3 dresses. Called customer service and they claimed that I had been given a discount initially on my total order, plus free shipping, so this was all the money I had coming to me. “RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Opened an account and placed an order on the 4th. December 2013. An attempt was allegedly made to deliver, it wasn't, and my order was returned to Simply Be. Advised to reorder, which I did and the same thing happened again. Th address I requested delivery to is my work place which is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week so there was no excuse for non delivery. As a new customer I was dubious, I ordered my goods on 16 Dec 2013 which was pretty late I know. I was given an expected delivery date of 23 Dec, but all my orders were delivered on 19th and 20th. “Customer service awful”

I have bought boots that were great and arrived promptly in a week. However dealing with their customer service dept was terrible. I placed a second order online and put in wrong item number. It would be a easy fix the boots were even equal value. However I was told that that wasn't possible. Seriously?? I had just made the order I called within a minute of messing up. “Never again ”

I would never by from simply be again, I only ordered two pairs of boot both of which were in stock and it took them over 3 weeks to arrive. It states clearly 3-5 working days and when I emailed the enquiry line they said it was in the dispatch area were my order stayed for 2 weeks. Shoes were ok but nothing special. “terrible service.”

I got a catalog through the post today and went to order a gorgeous corset for £12 bargain when i phoned they said it was forty five pound so I explained that i only got it through the post today and that it says 12 pound so on and so on they said unfortunately someone rang up a week ago about it to tell them! “call centre problem of noise”

Thanks for your review. I too am a U.S. shopper. I've read the reviews and just hope everything works out. I purchased from internet and catalog and all the items shipped out that day. I am accounting for a shipping delay but that's fine. With the amount of items I purchased from them the $8.95 flat shipping is excellent. There is no way I would have gotten that price from a US clothing company. So crossing fingers everything arrives in fine condition and at a reasonable time frame.

I am a US customer, placed my order 8/18 today is 9/4 and I have not received my 2 items! I am also not given tracking info and customer serbice has no info either! I have ordered from overseas before and was able to track pkgs! This has been a horrible and stressful experience! We order things because we want them, right? Very disappointing! I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order! I am a US customer and placed my order on 9/1 today is 9/20 and I have NOT received my order. Customer service SUCKS, they say it takes 7 to 10 business days. I point out that the USPS delivers on Saturdays . I asked for a refund and instead got a phone call from a supervisor telling me I have to wait longer. I wish I had not placed this order ~ never again!

I appear to have had the same thing happen to me. Apparently I have to contact their credit department as they want to speak to me. Therefore they should contact me, not have the customer contact them on a 0844 number.

“Treating loyal customers like dirt!”

I've been with simply be for two years now. Always paid my account bill well before time. My credit limit started off at £150 and has now been increased to £1500. Which goes to show that I'm a good customer who always pays on time. A few days ago I placed an order for a laptop for my son the order was successfully placed. “Shocking customer service - employees are terrible”

Products that I've used are fine (I've only ever bought jeans from them but they're good) but the level of constant promotion is awful, as well as their customer service. I constantly receive catalogues in the post despite having asked not to as I buy online. I receive emails very frequently that clog up my inbox, despite having opted out of them, too. “Brilliant service & clothes”

I've had Next day Delivery on 2 different parcels and have arrived on time and early morning. Quality of my clothes, so far, have been brilliant and well fitted. The branded clothes such as voi, are different measurements in sizes so be careful. For a long time I did not order from Simply be because of issues in the past with overcharging. I decided to use the service years later as I was desperate for new clothes. The clothes I received are of an awful quality! My leggings sprout a hole in the backside (good thing I only bought them to wear under my work trousers and not just on its own as my rump would have been on display).
