I think new look is great and trendy and reasonably priced just wish they would stock more of the bigger sized bras!

Don't get me wrong, I like New Look, but the staff are never any help. They're too busy chatting and not serving, and the clothes and shoes are too highly priced. The clothes are crammed on the rails, and there is not enough room to walk round.

New Look have a good fitting room, and there was no queue, but staff didn't seem very friendly or willing to help. I felt very under valued as a customer, and I found staff very reluctant to help.

I always shop at new look because they have nice clothes and shoes. But i have a shoe size of 3 and half. Its always difficult for me to get shoes here . Could i suggest to the manufacturers to at least make some shoes with a half added to them. I have a few friends who have the same problems.

I think the shoes at New Look are great value for money, and they are very up-to-date. They have definitely got much better over the years. I've got quite a few pairs of shoes now, and they are all very comfortable and great value. Highly recommended, and my family all buy them.

Nice, good value for money trendy shop for girls. Excellent accessories, such as handbags and jewellery etc., but I find the staff at New Look quite unhelpful, and they seem to prefer chatting at checkouts than attending to customer needs in my personal experience with the store.
