In spite of the low prices, the sheer hassle involved in dealing with Motorpoint means that I would hesitate before recommending them to a friend.

You could pick up a bargain. I wanted something more for my money and I didn't feel confident in the service Motorpoint were offering. I left and went to Ron Skinners in Tredegar. I got the same vehicle and was cheaper.

I bought a 14 month old car that had not had its annual service, it took around a dozen emails / phonecalls plus a chat with my trading standards office before they confirmed that the "promised advertised warranty " was valid - although I still had to pay for the "missed" service to validate it! My ...

I was recommended Motorpoint.co.uk by a friend and initially was impressed with the prices. I rang the phone number and spoke to them and they gave me a price for my old car. I was rather shocked how low it was, but thought I would go and get a price from my local Ford dealership. They quoted me &po ...

I would recommend them to my friends, their service is good- not as pushy as other car supermarkets.

I knew which car I required from the excellent website so it was easy and efficient to buy the car, they also fitted reversing sensors for me (at extra cost). The sales man was very pleasant and helpful, the only downside was when picking the car up after a hurried test drive the staff were not as h ...

I had a very good experience. I received very good customer service with no pressure to buy. The only problems I had with Motorpoint were that I was unable to test drive the car before purchase, and you cannot collect vehicles at the weekend.

I bought an X Trail Sports at Motorpoint, queried the model when buying and was told to go away, silly woman that I was! V5 actually says it's a SVE, in fact it's an SE advertised as a Sport.
Motorpoint now tells me they can't take the car back as they don't sell the Sport! Am left with an SE mo ...

We bought an extended warranty from Motorpoint when buying a new Alfa Romeo three years ago which is not worth the paper it is written on. The car developed a mechanical fault in year three and the Alfa Dealership advised us that this was not something that should have happened for another 40,000 m ...

If the car you select at Motorpoint (motorpoint.co.uk) is good value then bite the bullet and accept the dreadful service. Remember that they are deceitful and they will be indifferent if the car breaks down outside the premises. I have visited Motorpoint twice; first with a friend to collect his ...
