If you are expecting first class accom.you will be disappointed.However if you usually holiday in a caravan its a step up from that! My daughter & I visited Pontins, Prestatyn for the first time at the end of the summer holidays. I read a few reviews before we went so I knew what to expect but wanted to keep an open mind.

Im amazed where these people stayed. We came back thursday because we were so stressed that a holiday site could be so disgusting. Just got back from Pontins Prestatyn and it was amazing!!! The entertainment staff were brilliant really knew how to get the crowd going. Take Fat were so funny my children and husband couldn't stop laughing. Espcially thier pirate party!

Just got back from a 4 night stay in a club apartment at Pontins Prestatyn. Check in was easy. We got asked if we would like a free cleaning service so I said ok. Arrived back from holiday last night, we only stayed 2 nights in prestatyn. Should have just come home the first day.
