We have always gone to Haven, but thought Pontins would be a nice change, and I remember going when I was a child. To be honest Pontins in Prestatyn didn't appear to have been refurbished since I went there over 10 years ago. The experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. We booked budg ...

We chose Club class accommodation as I remember the budget chalets being very run down and dirty when I last went 14 years ago. On arrival, I noticed that al ...

I have been to Pontins in Pretstayn for year after year.
I find it real good fun. There are a lot of activities for which children of all ages can join, and they are all free. These vary from baby cars, quads, trampolining and even abseiling.
At night the entertainment is always entertaining!

I have just returned from Pontins.
It was so bad that we were upgraded (from a hovel to a hole) after the first night because of the fighting until 5am.
After the 2nd night we left - and were refused a refund.
There were drunks swearing and playing football until 1.30 outside our chalet on night ...

There are so many good points about Pontins Prestatyn, that to list them all, would be too much to fit on the page. We've been to Pontins for four years, last week being our seventh break. and due to go again in August. All the staff are helpful, and the Bluecoats make you feel welcome, they even re ...
