I ordered one of the most expensive set of flowers from Teleflora (pastel roses over $160) because we were in bit of a rough patch. Three days later when I went to here place I saw the flowers - they deliver a $60 set of multi-color roses, even yellow representing friendship to my girlfriend of 3 years. This was a major screw up. Teleflora is a terrible company. They screwed me on a recent order. I should have learned from the first order I placed last year when they substituted flowers and sent a skimpy arrangement when I had paid for a MUCH nicer one. They lied about delivery dates 3 times over 4 days. On the 5th day they said they couldn't fill the order because there was "no fruit" in Florida and "no azalea plants." Hmmmmm. I wonder how many Mothers are like me ringing their children this morning , to thank them for for a 'beautiful' bouquet of flowers they have received , when in fact they look little better then those which you see displayed on a garage forecourt.

Very bad customer service and did not deliver what I ordered. I do not recommend any one using them unless you don't care what they send and how much you pay for it. Sent a cheap substitution without notifyling me first! Customer service hung up on me when I asked for something to be done. I paid 55.00 and they sent 5 carnations and a spider mum! Here is a copy of the letter that I sent to their customer service person in Canada. The response was that they were still clinging to the fact that they did "deliver on the date" specified. I still challenge this point. They did give me the address of Teleflora headquarters in L.A. but no phone number. Apparently, the floral company of the whole world cannot be bothered to even speak to customers at the "top of the company" (CEO). Shame on you Teleflora! :(

Do not order from teleflora!
i ordered a very specific arrangement for valetine's day. flowers, and moss, in a rectangular box - a "zen" design. the arrangement was stunning and unique. what arrived was cheap wild flowers in a standard glass vase. nothing like what i ordered and certainly not worth $60! luckily, i had asked my spouse to send a picture (b/c i was so excited to see what they looked like!) or i would have never known it was all wrong!

Teleflora also has many of their Member florists who have their own websites, hosted by Teleflora. You can save a lot of money by ordering direct. The shop who untimately fills your order, is the one you deal with.

Not even close to what was ordered. 2 days late in delivery. Needed to keep calling to ask what the status was. Tried to cancel, but they promised to make good on the situation. Make Good?? First, the quality of the website... It might be a well-designed format, but they are just pictures of pretty flowers...not representative at all of what one receives. I'm sure they bank on the fact that whoever receives them is not in the same city/state or country. The average buyer would never know.

I would suggest finding a local florist and ask them to send a picture of the arrangement before the flowers are delivered. In no other industry is this an acceptable business practice. If I ordered something out of a catalog I would expect to get what I paid for or get my money back. Why do florists advertise one thing and then use the old bait and switch and you're supposed to like it? Yeah, yeah - I know "not everything is available." Overall, this is the second year in a row that Teleflora have messed up at least, if not more of my multiple orders. So much for giving people another chance. I will say their customer service representatives are very very courteous and polite, but they do not offer any significant reimbursement replacement for their mistakes, just verbal apologies.
