Ordered item for next day delivery. Still had not heard anything from recipient by late afternoon. Called and was told shop didn't have what I ordered, so they just decided not to deliver it. Asked for something comparable to be delivered (which is supposed to happen anyway - - says so right on the f-ing confirmation page). They promised to get it delivered by the end of the day. NEVER EVER use Teleflora. I was gauranteed that a spray of flowers would be sent to a Funeral. I even called twice to be sure. The day of the funeral I was EMAILED at 10:30am, not called, to let me know there was a question. By the time I checked my email and called back and they said they could not fulfill the order. WATCH OUT - they never delivered flowers to a funeral and sent a phony confirmation email.. When contacted that flowers were never delivered no reply from customer service. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST!! they must know most people who send flowers are usually not present and they send out fake confirmations and never deliver the flowers instead pocketing the money and who is the wiser... they get away scott free.. wouldn't tell us the name of the susposed florist?? wonder why?… Read Full Review

THE WORST FLOWER SHOP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I'D RATHER BUY FLOWERS AT A DELI!
I sent my girlfriend flowers. The delivery boy came at 12:30. My gf was in a meeting and called her cell phone. She called backed 12 minutes later. Ordered a Cyclamen plant for Mother's Day and it was not carried out. I was only told after contacting them, a number of excuses with information that should have been disclosed on their website before purchase. My Mother-in-Law did not want the random plant they delivered as a substitute 2 days after Mother's day so as it stands, they have taken my money and failed to deliver the service and product I paid for. I paid extra to have the premium arrangement because I wanted an extra special bouquet. When the flowers arrived, I was very disappointed as they looked nothing like I ordered (I ordered all roses and I received roses and some other type flowers) and the bouquet was really small considering I paid 79.99. I placed an order on Friday April 16th for a delivery on Sunday April 18th for my sister's birthday. The website asked for the zip code for delivery before I placed the order and it presented me with a calendar of delivery dates with no black-outs. I selected Sunday April 18th and completed the order. At no point was I warned that Sunday was not a possible delivery date. I recieved and email confirming the order and the Sunday delivery. Again, I placed the order on a Friday.

Flowers look like online picture if you ask for "no substitutions. I am a USAA member and was disappointed when USAA switched to FTD. I still opted to go with Teleflora.com (over FTD discount through USAA) - better selection and good price if you use online discount code. Horrible experience. Ordered flowers (5 days ahead of requested delivery date, which was not a holiday) for my 91 year old grandmother. Day after delivery was supposed to occur, I got an email saying they could not deliver on the requested date. I called their 800 number and was basically told that someone at teleflora had held onto the order for several days, and when it finally got to the local florist, it was too late for them to get the delivery out.

I was dissapointed with the size of the arrangement that we ordered from Teleflora. We ordered the orchids in the square vase. The photo showed a nice photo and it was listed as small. There were 2 other larger and more expensive options, but no picture on the website to compare. Well, we ordered the most expensive one marked Premium. Terrible experience. I placed an online order and chose a specific florist from their list. When I called the florist on the delivery day, they said they had never received a Teleflora order. I recently ordered the "Strikingly Chic" arrangement from Teleflora for a friend who had major surgery in a Seattle Hospital. The arrangement is described, on the site, as "An eye-catching display of blossoms in sizzling hues of hot pink, fiery orange and sunshine yellow is arranged in a tall glass vase that ' s decorated with a pink bow."

I ordered one of the most expensive set of flowers from Teleflora (pastel roses over $160) because we were in bit of a rough patch. Three days later when I went to here place I saw the flowers - they deliver a $60 set of multi-color roses, even yellow representing friendship to my girlfriend of 3 years. This was a major screw up. Teleflora is a terrible company. They screwed me on a recent order. I should have learned from the first order I placed last year when they substituted flowers and sent a skimpy arrangement when I had paid for a MUCH nicer one. They lied about delivery dates 3 times over 4 days. On the 5th day they said they couldn't fill the order because there was "no fruit" in Florida and "no azalea plants." Hmmmmm. I wonder how many Mothers are like me ringing their children this morning , to thank them for for a 'beautiful' bouquet of flowers they have received , when in fact they look little better then those which you see displayed on a garage forecourt.
