DO NOT USE!!! IF Thinking about buying from Teleflora check out websites below.. “A flower delivery company with no flowers.”

I had a terrible experience twice with them. I submitted my order to them a week before mothers day and wanted it delivered the day before mothers day. Well I get a e mail the day after mothers day that they could not deliver because local florist could not fill the order. To make up for this they gave me a promo for 30% off my next order. “Worst experience!”

I ordered bouquets for my mother, mother-in-law and aunt and ALL 3 were wrong. Two were the wrong size and the third wasn't even what I ordered. When I spoke to the local florist for my mothers bouquet she explained she only recieved $70.00 from Teleflora which after deducting delivery drops my mothers bouquet down to a smaller sized item. I didn't like the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the one i ordered ...this place is full of it and expensive for a bouquet that was not worth it. I have to say that I am generally a pretty easy-to-please customer, particularly for something like floral delivery. A few basics that I expect include: 1) if you accept my order for a particular day, I have faith you will deliver on that day; 2) if you are unable to deliver (even though you accepted the order), I expect to be notified in a timely manner so that I can make other arrangements. Ordered on 2/5 for 2/13 delivery. Never came and on the phone after being on hold for over 3 hours was told it will come tomorrow 2/16 and to patiently wait the arrangement. Paid extra dollars for a guaranteed delivery on that day....the flowers did not get there, and they would not pick up the phone or provide any info on tracking on that day. I have used Teleflora.com for YEARS and have never had a problem. I have always been happy, as with my recipients, of the quality of flowers being delivered. But today, that all changed! WORST flower delivery experience ever! I placed an order with Teleflora at 1am Saturday for same day delivery (well before the 12pm required time for guaranteed same-day). I ordered a deluxe fruit & flower basket for my mother for Christmas. It was not supposed to be any issues with having this delivered on Satuday the 24th. Teleflora was quick to take the money from my account for the order but didn't deliever. They had the option if my mother wasn't home to deliver to a neighbor. My very good friends mother passed away, her service was scheduled for a Tuesday. On the Sunday before the service I went on the Telefloral web site and ordered a plant to be delivered to the funeral home on Monday. The funeral home was in another state. I went on Teleflora's website on a Saturday afternoon and placed an order to be delivered on Sunday morning. There is no visible notice on the site stating they do not deliver on Sunday's. When I placed the order it asks for a date and choice of am or pm delivery. If they do not deliver on Sundays, it should not give the option to the order in processing system.
