I placed an order for Valentines day. Paid extra dollars for a guaranteed delivery on that day....the flowers did not get there, and they would not pick up the phone or provide any info on tracking on that day. Next day, they just had no idea where my order was, they did not seem to be apologetic for ruining my day, instead offered me a discount for next time..yeah right..i'm going to order with u again and ruin another occasion. “WORST FLORIST EVER! ”

I have used Teleflora.com for YEARS and have never had a problem. I have always been happy, as with my recipients, of the quality of flowers being delivered. But today, that all changed! WORST flower delivery experience ever! I placed an order with Teleflora at 1am Saturday for same day delivery (well before the 12pm required time for guaranteed same-day). At 2pm they e-mail me telling me my selection is unavailable and to choose a replacement, so I gave them a 1st alternate and 2nd alternate and responded at 3pm Saturday. I ordered a deluxe fruit & flower basket for my mother for Christmas. It was not supposed to be any issues with having this delivered on Satuday the 24th. Teleflora was quick to take the money from my account for the order but didn't deliever. They had the option if my mother wasn't home to deliver to a neighbor. “Did not Deliver for 5 days”

Placed next day delivery, but emailed me at 11pm next day saying they weren't able to make delivery. I went on Teleflora's website on a Saturday afternoon and placed an order to be delivered on Sunday morning. There is no visible notice on the site stating they do not deliver on Sunday's. When I placed the order it asks for a date and choice of am or pm delivery. If they do not deliver on Sundays, it should not give the option to the order in processing system. This was the worst experienced ever to buy flower online.. I was so disappointed and unhappy with there service. I had placed 2 order's that day before there time frame to get the same day delivery.. My first order was canceled due to they ran out of that order, my 2nd order was delivered. Teleflora did not deliver my flowers for mother's day. They don't answer emails and they promise to have a supervisor call who never does. I had to spend hours trying to get my money refunded. It sounded like a call center and they refused to give the number to the headquarters. As I look over the internet ratings, I find that I'm not the only one. So many people have been scammed. I agree with all the postings I have read - from horrible customer service (foreign call centres with poor phone quality), to the inadequate, sloppy deliveries that include substitutions when it was indicated that there should be NO SUBSTITUTIONS to being on hold for 30 mins several times and then disconnected. Its embarrassing when you send flowers for Mother's Day and a $90 arrangement ends up looking like leftovers in a vase.
