Several issues, made my selection online and went to place the order, handling and shipping fees were 33% but it was the day before Valentines so I expected to pay a premium. Received an immediate email confirmation stating the order was placed and if the local florist was out of stock a suitable alternative would be delivered. “Their Promotions are Dis-honest”

I received an offered for a $33.00 discount. I tried for over an hour and a half to get the discount code to work. I made two phone calls to the company about the coupon code talking with two different operators. The first one sent me to a different site to try to get the code to work. It didn't. The second one gave me a new code and said she could not process my order, but the new code would work. When i entered the new code, the price of the flowers actually increased. Horrendous experience with Teleflora. Total INCOMPETENCE!!!!! I wish I had read their reviews before this nightmare of an experience for Mother's Day....yep, Mother's Day!! I placed TWO vase arrangements six days in advance. They gave me a 3-letter, 7-digit number for each item, then a "SPECIAL ID#". “Top-rated Customer No-service”

Need a way to make surprising out-of-state mom on Mother's Day (or an other special occasion)? Teleflora proves not to be the best option. The missus and I learned this lesson the hard way. Not only did Teleflora not make delivery (through a local florist), they did not contact us or my mother to alert us of any/all issues they were experiencing. “I ordered a duck with flowers for a new baby. Nice! ”

I will definitely order again from Teleflora flowers. The duck container was really big and it had beautiful flowers in it. The duck also had a sailors hat on it's head. It arrived on time and I was very pleased with the price and size of the container! “Order directly through your florist!”

All my 3 Mother's Day arrangements were less than satisfactory. One of the orders was never delivered. No communication from the florist or Teleflora until 8pm Sunday night, March 12, 2013, that delivery will be made the following day. “Horrible service”

Ordered flowers 36 hours before expected delivery date. Order was processed online and credit card charged. Paid extra for 'before 1pm delivery'. Called them in the morning on the day of expected delivery and the agent told me the truck was just leaving the warehouse. I ordered flowers for my wife days before and never received a confirmation for my order. I called to check on the status and was guaranteed it was taken care of and there were no problems. Then the night before Valentine's Day, received e-mail saying my order had been cancelled and that I could reorder the flowers but they could not be delivered on Valentine's Day. After researching several online floral companies, I liked the New Born Baby Ducky #TO4N300 from Teleflora as the perfect welcome for my new grandchild. Another poor review to add to the mix. Ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's birthday. I received an email from her the night after birthday saying they'd just arrived. Strike number one. “45 minute failure”

After multiple holds, an operator who couldn't find the item and price I was looking at on their website; after having to search online for the address of Oregon's largest hospital while she waited for ME to find it, and finally not being able to get me a confirmation number, she transferred me to customer service, where I got a BUSY SIGNAL! Well I already had one bad experience with teleflora a few mothers days ago when I tried to send my mother a purple flower arrangement since that is her favorite color accompanied with dark chocolates, also her favorite. It was just frustrating cause even though I ordered these a month in advance it was over a week late after mothers day. “I've never seen quality like this before!”

I ordered Victorian Romance - Deluxe, T69-1B for a funeral and when I got there I was extremely disappointed and sad by the quality. This was supposed to be a tribute to my loved one who passed and to see that the flowers didn’t come close to acceptable was heart wrenching. Will never do business with Teleflora again. Wish I would have read reviews on the company before purchasing, I would have spent the extra 10 bucks and gone with a different florist.
