After researching several online floral companies, I liked the New Born Baby Ducky #TO4N300 from Teleflora as the perfect welcome for my new grandchild. The product info and picture online indicated the arrangement would have spray roses, yellow chrysanthemums and white daisies, along with a sweet pink hat on the Just Ducky container. “The Worst”

I ordered a Christmas gift for an associate at my office, online. It was to be delivered on 12/24. The order was "unable to be delivered". I received a call from Teleflora over one week later, informing me of this. I gathered more detailed info regarding the address, where the flowers were to be delivered, and called their "customer service". “Month-long headache”

Another poor review to add to the mix. Ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's birthday. I received an email from her the night after birthday saying they'd just arrived. Strike number one. She thanked me for the dozen yellow daisies in the tall clear vase I sent. Strike number two. “45 minute failure”

After multiple holds, an operator who couldn't find the item and price I was looking at on their website; after having to search online for the address of Oregon's largest hospital while she waited for ME to find it, and finally not being able to get me a confirmation number, she transferred me to customer service, where I got a BUSY SIGNAL! Well I already had one bad experience with teleflora a few mothers days ago when I tried to send my mother a purple flower arrangement since that is her favorite color accompanied with dark chocolates, also her favorite. It was just frustrating cause even though I ordered these a month in advance it was over a week late after mothers day. “I've never seen quality like this before!”

I ordered Victorian Romance - Deluxe, T69-1B for a funeral and when I got there I was extremely disappointed and sad by the quality. This was supposed to be a tribute to my loved one who passed and to see that the flowers didn’t come close to acceptable was heart wrenching. “A flower delivery company with no flowers.”

I had a terrible experience twice with them. I submitted my order to them a week before mothers day and wanted it delivered the day before mothers day. Well I get a e mail the day after mothers day that they could not deliver because local florist could not fill the order. To make up for this they gave me a promo for 30% off my next order. I ordered bouquets for my mother, mother-in-law and aunt and ALL 3 were wrong. Two were the wrong size and the third wasn't even what I ordered. When I spoke to the local florist for my mothers bouquet she explained she only recieved $70.00 from Teleflora which after deducting delivery drops my mothers bouquet down to a smaller sized item.
