valentines order of flowers and chocolates. seems i may have been lucky as i actually did receive some flowers but they certainly were not as described and no way near worth the money paid. Do not even bother purchasing extras as the box of chocolates that is offered as a top up on your order has 6 chocolates in the box and its not even nice chocolate either. cheap nasty and out of date chocolates and a few drooping stems in a vase certainly isn't what i expected to get. “Ruined Valentines Day Surprise!!”

Ordered Interflora two weeks ago to be delivered to my partners job with a note, printed by Interflora, telling her to be at a venue at 3.15pm today. Got an email this morning from Interflora stating my order was ready for delivery today and have been tracking throughout. Needless to say the 'Out on delivery' stage of the tracking was ticked for a few hours and for so long that I had to ring my partner at 2.55pm and ruin the surprise by telling her to be at her appointment in just 20 minutes… Read Full Review

“Excellent customer care”

I order flowers for my wife last night at 11pm to be delivered today I order red roses they called me at 12 today stating they had no red roses left but cod do me the same bunch with pink white an yellow roses or a full refund I accepted to do a mixed bunch two hours later they have turned up in excellent condition an will certainly being using them again have had bad experiences with online flower ordering but will now be using interflora regularly… Read Full Review

“Atrocious Communication fail to deliver”

On Feb 12th I ordered a box of roses for the 13th for my wife, they were not delivered. Called on the 14th, lobotomised call handler read an e-mail stating that it was windy and their courier claimed he could not deliver. There was no wind in Scotland on 13th Feb, nor snow or floods. Still not delivered 4pm on St Valentines a Day I had also ordered an expensive Bouquet for the 14th for my wife, still not delivered on the 14th. “Cancelled my Valentine's Day order on the day”

I ordered flowers a week before Valentine's Day and they only cancelled at 6:30 that morning. If they take more orders than they can handle then they should at least give me some notice. “Replacement of damaged delivery”

My delivery of flowers with glass vase was thrown over a 7 foot gate on a day when there was torrential rain. When I returned home I found the delivery card (Yodel) and rescued a very damaged flower arrangement. I rang interflora and after explaining the problem the person I spoke to consulted a supervisor and a completely new arrangement , with a vase was delivered the next day. Well done… Read Full Review

I ordered the Xmas flowers with a balloon for a friend to be delivered on Xmas eve what I ordered was well worth the £50 hence why I ordered but when I saw the picture of what had been delivered I immediately sent an email to complain after 7 days when I heard nothing In regards to my complaint then sent another and to this day never heard anything this company needs to be reported as not selling to what was advertised will never shop from interflora again neither will any of my family. “Delivery 12 days late for xmas and still not arrived”

I ordered an Xmas present for my mum in Ireland to be deliverd on the 23rd December 2013. Today is the 4th January 2014 and it has still not arrived. No apologies, useless customer service staff, promising everything and delivering nothing, they dont ring you back or follow through with what you say. Your relatives stay in waiting for the phone to ring, excited for the delivery and nothing happens. “Granddaughter only born once”

I ordered a complete package of flowers, pink balloon and teddy for the birth of my granddaughter. The flowers and teddy arrived today, as arranged but no balloon. I have just spoken to a 'customer services' by phone and at first she denied the balloon was ordered, then when I told her I had an email receipt with the balloon included, she relented and asked me what I wanted them to do about it. Just had £40 of flowers delivered to celebrate our anniversary but I would have been better going down local supermarket . Quantity and quality of flowers very poor, water base broken. I ordered flowers in a vase for my mums 50th birthday. They arrived on time but I cant belive how small the bunch is and in a really cheap vase. I paid £31 for them plus £10 for delivery. “Will never use them again”

Flowers ordered for friends' anniversary didn't arrive on day specified even though the order tracker said they had been delivered (and my friends were in all day!) They are redelivering - big deal - a day late with no offer of a refund for the delivery charge and the woman at Interflora said "we will take your word for it". Thanks - I think.
