“Not as advertised”

I ordered the Xmas flowers with a balloon for a friend to be delivered on Xmas eve what I ordered was well worth the £50 hence why I ordered but when I saw the picture of what had been delivered I immediately sent an email to complain after 7 days when I heard nothing In regards to my complaint then sent another and to this day never heard anything this company needs to be reported as not selling to what was advertised will never shop from interflora again neither will any of my family. “Delivery 12 days late for xmas and still not arrived”

I ordered an Xmas present for my mum in Ireland to be deliverd on the 23rd December 2013. Today is the 4th January 2014 and it has still not arrived. No apologies, useless customer service staff, promising everything and delivering nothing, they dont ring you back or follow through with what you say. Your relatives stay in waiting for the phone to ring, excited for the delivery and nothing happens. “Granddaughter only born once”

I ordered a complete package of flowers, pink balloon and teddy for the birth of my granddaughter. The flowers and teddy arrived today, as arranged but no balloon. I have just spoken to a 'customer services' by phone and at first she denied the balloon was ordered, then when I told her I had an email receipt with the balloon included, she relented and asked me what I wanted them to do about it. “Not worth the money”

Just had £40 of flowers delivered to celebrate our anniversary but I would have been better going down local supermarket . Quantity and quality of flowers very poor, water base broken. Ordered a dozen red roses for my wife (anniversary). Got a phone call 30 minutes before they were due to be delivered to say they only had 8 and I was asked if 4 pink or 4 yellow would do to make up the numbers. “BEWARE OF INTERFLORA 7 DAY POLICY ”

After sending flowers for Christmas to a recently widowed in-laws mother I received a photo of the flowers from her with her warm appreciation. On looking at the photo I was so disappointed to see the flowers sent really did not resemble the flowers sent. So I tactfully inquired just to make sure the photo was correct. “massive massive disapointment”

I ordered flowers in a vase for my mums 50th birthday. They arrived on time but I cant belive how small the bunch is and in a really cheap vase. I paid £31 for them plus £10 for delivery. “Will never use them again”

Flowers ordered for friends' anniversary didn't arrive on day specified even though the order tracker said they had been delivered (and my friends were in all day!) They are redelivering - big deal - a day late with no offer of a refund for the delivery charge and the woman at Interflora said "we will take your word for it". Thanks - I think. “AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

I ordered some flowers for my wife for a special occasion, I ordered it to come with 12 extra stems making it a large bouquet so the total was £50, they come on time like I asked them to, but when they come I was so disappointed with them, it looked like a small bouquet definitely not the large one I had asked for, the flowers were very nice and yes it was the bouquet I asked for but not with the extra 12 stems, absolute waste of money it was more like £20 worth… Read Full Review

“Flowers dead within 5 days”

Hand tied bouquet delivered but no cardboard sleeve as described to support the flowers. Half the water had leaked out on arrival. Flowers had been in a warm van for a few hours on a hot day and were in poor condition. The bouquet was shoddily put together and, in spite of being placed in a cool situation and using the flower food provided, all the flowers were dead within 5 days. I just received some flowers from my lovely husband. He made the effort to arrange for a surprise delivery, actually the thought was good but the flowers received are horrible, the colours are not what he wanted, the person told she would arrange something nice (???? not really). “Not meeting the "guarantee"”

My partner ordered me roses from interflora as a surprise. The flowers I received had several things wrong with them and I am not normally the type to complain but am very aware of the price he had paid for these roses! 1. “Awful experience at Interfora”

For the second time in a row I have been let down by Interflora who clearly lack good communication between themselves and the florists they use. The last time I ordered flowers for someone, they never turned up! I stupidly decided to give them a second chance and ordered again about a week ago for today, I paid an extra £10 for them to be delivered before 1pm and guess what... at 1.30pm there was no sign of them! “Awful Company!”

Sadly, I think Inteflora are another one of those companies the presents a 'glossy front' to the world which is actually hiding a very poorly run business. I ordered some flowers and tracked them on-line and they failed to reach their destination. It was me, that had to telephone Interflora and tell them that they had failed to deliver on the day promised - they should have monitored this themselves and corrected it! “Bouquet was awful....”

On behalf of our company I ordered flowers for someone who was leaving. I ordered "Perfect Pink" as pink is one of her favourite colours.
