“Not value for money poor quality ”

I ordered flowers for mothers this was my first time ordering from interflora, & also the first Mother's Day I had spent away from my mum, I picked flowers which came with a vase, I paid £40 for a LARGE bunch of flowers and another £5.99 on delivery. “Worst ever Mothers' Day...I'd give Interflora 0 stars”

I ordered flowers for Mothers' Day.... they never turned up, although in addition to the overly expensive flowers I also paid a £14.99 supplement to have the flowers delivered on Mothers' Day itself (i.e. a Sunday). I complained to Interflora and they acknowledged that the flowers were not delivered. They then sent me an email saying they would refund the delivery charge!? “1star is to much”

Ordered flowers for day after , got email saying they was refused, when they wasn't! So called them and and gave them full proof instructions and called delivery address to expect them. They didn't turn up so I called them and they said they have no record of my call! And said it was to late to deliver now! They are a joke! “I don't like to moan but...”

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers. One for my mother (for mothers day) and one for my wife on behalf of my boy (again, for mothers day). They were sent to different addresses for both my mum and wife. Did either of them turn up? Not at all. Like I said, I don't like to moan but my boy was upset that "mummy" didn't get her second gift on Mothers day and I'm appalled that my mother didn't get what I ordered for her to. Ordered flowers for Mother's day, they never turned up despite the fact I received an email on the day they were meant to arrive to say they were on their way!!! The tracking system said my order couldn't be found, I used the online complaint system and asked for someone to contact me, they never did. “Won't order again!”

Not usually one to write a bad review but this was really poor service. Ordered mothers day flowers with chocolates and was very disappointed to have them delivered separately.. the woman at the door would not of mentioned the additional chocolates if I wouldn't of mentioned them to her.. Apparently no chocolates to put on the van to deliver? Don't take the money or the orders then if you cant deliver the product! “Crappy Mothers Day”

I ordered a plant for my mum to be delivered on Saturday but it never arrived. The next day I called " CUSTOMER SERVICES" and asked them to sort it out and deliver my mums present ( after all it was still mothers day so not too late), they said someone would call or email me straight back. 24 hours later ( Monday morning) I finally get a short email to say the plant was TWICE delivered to the wrong address and I have been refunded. What a terrible company to deal with. If your order does eventually get delivered after a premium cost of £14.99 after the time you hav paid for then thank yourself lucky. On two ocassions mine have not even turned up at all! When you finally get through to somone in "customer services" good luck in trying to compain, as soon as the word was mentioned i was hung up on! recieved my flowers at 9.50am on saturday morning. flowers looked spacious and wasnt what the photo said it should look like for my chosen price bracket of 29.99. ends of the flowers had rotted away were they had been snapped instead of precitionally cut. Ordered a planter on 28th February to arrive today (4th March) for my elderly mother to cheer her up on the day of the year's anniversary of the death of my Dad. “I would definitely recommend”

Boyfriend ordered me rainbow roses for valentines days said the delivery will come between 3pm to 4pm order did not arrive they said the driver in traffic? this was the gidea park shop! “Worst company I have ever dealt with”

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends house on valentines day and paid extra for a specific 14th February Morning time slot. I received an email at 9am on the 14th telling my that my order was out for delivery and to "rest assured it was in good hands". “Non Delivery on Valentines Day”

I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend on Valentines Day. I guessed that it would be a busy day for deliveries but it should not have come as a surprise to Interflora. As of 21.00 last night, the 14th Feb, the flowers had not been delivered even though an email was sent stating that the delivery was on the way. It was disappointing and spoilt part of a special day. I ordered it on valentines day morning and paid £10 more for daily delivery cause it should be a valentines day present.
