“Undelivered Flowers”

I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered by interflora uk and when they had not been received I contacted the company the following day to see what the problem was. I was informed by a member of staff that either the courier had delivered them to the wrong address or they had just not bothered to deliver them at all!!! “Not worth the Money ”

I ordered flowers for mothers day for my mum I did this by ordering online for next day click and collect, first of all I was never notified that my flowers had been delivered with the shop. I went in on my lunch break to find them to be closing at 1pm so I am glad I went otherwise they would have been in the shop 24 hours. “Missing touches ”

I ordered the 'Mothers day perfect gift.' I noticed that what we received wasn't exactly as what was shown in the pic. The flowers should have had a ribbon with happy mothers day printed on it and also on the chocolates box happy mothers day was missing. The net where the flowers were held was green and not pink as shown in the pic. Also from the pic it seems like a big bunch but what we received seemed v.less and so I would say it was pricey for what you got. Won't be ordering from interflora… Read Full Review

Received what should have been a beautiful bouquet from my son on Mother's Day. Unfortunately quite a few of the stems were damaged and some of the blooms were starting to fade. What makes me angry was that this was an expensive bouquet and as far as I'm concerned was a waste of my son's money. “Non mothers day delivery”

I ordered 2 bouquets for my mum and my mother in law for mothers day the delivery date was Saturday 5th March 2016 so they would be with them in time for mothers day neither bouquet arrived well my mother in laws turned up on the following Wednesday the 9th march and although late were what I paid for my mum's however didn't turn up until Friday 11th March and these wasn't what I paid for and the flowers that did turn up were basically dead aswell this bouquet I could of brought at asda for £3… Read Full Review

“Worst Mothers Day Flowers!”

I ordered a Mothers Day Basket and chocolates costing £38 and £14.99 for Mothers Day delivery as would not see my Mum on the day. What was delivered was terrible and I wouldn't have paid more than £10 for in a Supermarket, even though I don't think even a Supermarket would sell something of such poor quality. Will not order from Interflora again as the flowers you get are NOTHING like what they advertise and was really disappointed and quite embarrassed that I sent my Mum what I did… Read Full Review

Ordered Flowers online for delivery to my 82 year old Mum who lives in Wales, for Mothers Day as we now live abroad. Asked for delivery on Saturday 5 March ( a day early in readiness) and was pleased to receive an E-mail from Interflora saying they had delivered them. Ordered my flowers 5 days before I wanted them delivered, delivery day came and went, no flowers! Passed from pillar to post all day on the phone trying to find out where they were, apparently nobody knew and I didnt get any answers, I did eventually get a full refund Shocking customer service, definitely do not recommend this company and will not be using them again… Read Full Review

My husband ordered an arrangement of roses and tulips for our anniversary last weekend. Out of the whole bunch, there were 3 roses that were any good, the remainder were small and mostly closed which I expected to open up over the week. “Tulips must have come from Amsterdam”

I ordered a bunch of tulips (with vase) for Valentine's Day as an alternative to the traditional roses. They looked extremely nice on the Interflora web site, if not somewhat over priced but then again it's Valentine's Day. I also noted that I had to pay almost twice the delivery charge as it fell on a Sunday this year, but having flowers delivered to your loved one one the day is what it's all about. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for valentine's day. I got confirmation that the flowers were out for delivery. By 8:30pm, the flowers had not been delivered and no one from Interflora even had the courtesy to call and give me an update. I tried to call them and the office was closed. I sent an email and I received an apology stating I would be refunded in full. The point is the occasion had been missed and the disappointment can never be cured by the refund. Came home from work and she'd made no mention of any flowers, this is at gone 7pm, I even tracked the order and they had been delivered. Just tried to order some flowers for a friend in hospital. Admittedly it's a remote location, but on the other hand there's an Interflora affiliate less than half an hour's journey away. Yet Interflora tell us that they "can't" (by which they mean "won't") deliver there. Considering that the very purpose of Interflora is to get flowers to locations that aren't readily accessible to the people sending them, this represents very poor service. The same day service is a trick, the florists don't carry half the flowers on the website and yet the website confirms your order and that it will be delivered. “24 white roses died in 3 days disgusting!! ”

I had 24 white roses delivered as a present for my birthday after 2 days they were brown, 4 days they were hanging lifeless. I rang inter flora and told them about the flowers as well as emailing them the pictures of the flowers and that I was upset.
