in every business you have problems with customers, employees,and poor communication it would be nice to have a perfect world.i work in three different work places all different types of customers and not one of them are perfect but we always try to keep customers happy.as for interflora they do return money to dissatisfied customers and sometimes the florists suffer as a result.one instance i know the delivery driver delivered the flowers when he gets back to the shop he is told he has not… Read Full Review

On 28th Feb I ordered a Spring Planter to send to my 80 year old Mother on the sad occasion of the first year's anniversary of my Dad's death which is today (4th March) I was perturbed to hear that the planter had not arrived by 18.25. Ordered a planter on 28th February to arrive today (4th March) for my elderly mother to cheer her up on the day of the year's anniversary of the death of my Dad. By 6.10pm the planter had still not arrived so I tracked my order online which came up as stating order not delivered. “I would definitely recommend”

Having had a terrible experience with another online florist, I was hesitant to repeat the mistake. However, interflora really provided a great service. Boyfriend ordered me rainbow roses for valentines days said the delivery will come between 3pm to 4pm order did not arrive they said the driver in traffic? this was the gidea park shop! “Worst company I have ever dealt with”

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends house on valentines day and paid extra for a specific 14th February Morning time slot. I received an email at 9am on the 14th telling my that my order was out for delivery and to "rest assured it was in good hands". The flowers never turned up and when I phoned customer services I was passed to 4 different members of staff, none of which seemed to care that they had not bothered to fulfil the order. “Non Delivery on Valentines Day”

I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend on Valentines Day. I guessed that it would be a busy day for deliveries but it should not have come as a surprise to Interflora. As of 21.00 last night, the 14th Feb, the flowers had not been delivered even though an email was sent stating that the delivery was on the way. It was disappointing and spoilt part of a special day. I ordered it on valentines day morning and paid £10 more for daily delivery cause it should be a valentines day present. valentines order of flowers and chocolates. seems i may have been lucky as i actually did receive some flowers but they certainly were not as described and no way near worth the money paid. Do not even bother purchasing extras as the box of chocolates that is offered as a top up on your order has 6 chocolates in the box and its not even nice chocolate either. cheap nasty and out of date chocolates and a few drooping stems in a vase certainly isn't what i expected to get. Ordered Interflora two weeks ago to be delivered to my partners job with a note, printed by Interflora, telling her to be at a venue at 3.15pm today. Got an email this morning from Interflora stating my order was ready for delivery today and have been tracking throughout. “Atrocious Communication fail to deliver”

On Feb 12th I ordered a box of roses for the 13th for my wife, they were not delivered. Called on the 14th, lobotomised call handler read an e-mail stating that it was windy and their courier claimed he could not deliver. There was no wind in Scotland on 13th Feb, nor snow or floods. I ordered flowers a week before Valentine's Day and they only cancelled at 6:30 that morning. If they take more orders than they can handle then they should at least give me some notice. “Replacement of damaged delivery”

My delivery of flowers with glass vase was thrown over a 7 foot gate on a day when there was torrential rain. When I returned home I found the delivery card (Yodel) and rescued a very damaged flower arrangement. I rang interflora and after explaining the problem the person I spoke to consulted a supervisor and a completely new arrangement , with a vase was delivered the next day. Well done… Read Full Review
