Had a £70 bunch bought for me for our anniversary. They were already dying when they arrived. Unfortunately, due to just moving house and having no 'net or phone connected we couldn't contact them. They lasted less than 5 days. For £70 you expect a lot more! After eventually being able to contact them, they didn't even offer a refund. They were all very rude, even the manager who I asked to talk to, and she was even less help than the cusomter assistant.

Interflora was chosen because I trusted the Company to deliver a bunch of flowers to my Mother in Law, who was celebrating her birthday. It was meant to be a surprise and yet nothing arrived. This is the second time I have been let down by Interflora. Each time, they never deliver on the day you choose even though I ordered a week in advance. The first time they mucked up, they included colours I specifically asked to be avoided AND it was delivered a day late. The second time, they made up some lame excuse (no access to the propoerty), which was clearly a lie as anyone can walk up to the front door.

Went on-line and choose some flowers to be sent via Interflora for an anniversary gift - ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday as requested. Sounds all good so far. Wrong. When I saw the flowers that had been delivered I was not happy. I had ordered a rose and lilly bouquet and that is most definitely not what was delivered. I ordered a bunch of David Austin roses from Interflora, where I have an account, for my daughter-in-law's birthday. They were delivered on time but were past their best, already drooping and tired. Some stems were brown and it was clear that roses of different ages had been mixed in. After a day they were fit only for the dustbin.
I phoned interflora immediately, who promised a replacement from a 'local florist' That was last Saturday and nothing has arrived.

I ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday. I ordered on the Monday and asked for them to be delivered on the following Saturday, on her birthday. Well I was horrified at first because they put the flowers came in a box and almost dying.

Will not be using Interflora again, wanted flowers delivered to a hospital and picked flowers for a hospital from their site. They could not deliver them as they were in a box and never bothered to tell me, in the end I had to cancel the order and go through a local company as they were over a week without delivery. What a shambles. Ordered a hamper for my 85 year old grandmother. Rang three times to check on its whereabouts. Told on each occasion it was in transit. Finally at seven o clock told they had attempted delivery at 12.30pm but had been unable to gain access to the sight. Remarkable considering this is a large block of sheltered accomodation and that the staff had been waiting for the delivery since 08.00am. I ordered 2 sets of flowers online from Interflora - one for an 87th birthday and one for someone just out of hospital. Neither arrived on allocated day. Customer service offered me an upgrade on the size of flowers which I accepted reluctantly. They sent a tiny box of chocolates with one instead. I found out later that the upgraded flowers for my mother were 'past their best' from the start and half had to be discarded the next day. Birthday lady did not receive the flower, I contacted customer service. She said she will contact Argentina Headquarter. Next day, still not delivered, but website claimed "Delivered." Terrible service - really cocky customer service. All they want is your money. Big tip DONT use them - go direct to the florist i.e. look on yell.com type in the area and call the florist direct - saves lots of money Interflora take a whopping 32% before it gets to the florist - which means you get less flowers!!
Wouldn't even give them a 1 out of 5, but there's not an option for 0/5.

Interflora were supposed to deliver flowers to my sister who had just had a serious operation and had returned home. The post office came to her door to deliver them (a day late on the Friday). She did not hear the door and so they put a card through. She was unable to get to the PO and did not call them as she didn't know the delivery was in fact flowers. Ordered flowers with vase and brown teddy bear and chocolates. Paid extra for delivery before 1pm. Arrived at 3pm when wife was no longer in office. My boyfriend ordered flowers in a vase, paid extra for morning delivery too.
The flowers were late,and came in an old cardboard box. They were of very poor quality, the roses never opened and the lillys went brown and didn't open. Mother's Day - paid extra for delivery on the day. The flowers were delivered late, on the following Monday afternoon. They turned up damaged, according to my parents, and I discovered when visiting that they weren't even the flowers I had ordered.

USE INTERFLORA AT YOUR PERIL.
Ordered a bunch of flowers, vase and box of chocolates a week in advance to be delivered to my Mums house in Skegness for her 75th birthday on the 27th March 2010 - Did they arrive? Did they hell! Have contacted Interflora but as it is the weekend I suppose I will have to wait until Monday for a reply.
