Okay there's no option for delivery too early! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for the 4th of Dec. They came today - the 27th Nov. How stupid can you be. It says on the account order details the 4th. Where on earth did the 27th come from? Okay they have promised me a full refund but that's not good enough- the surprise is ruined. The absolute worst service I have ever had in all of my life! Totally appalling and disgraceful. I ordered a personalised fleece baby blanket as a surprise for a friend who just had a baby.Delivery was scheduled for 3 days after order was placed. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Grandmother's 80th and thought Interflora was a good way to go.
I requested a red/autumn shade bouquet with no pink flowers to be delivered on the 7th. I got the "it's on its way" email the day before the requested delivery date so I thought everything was fine.
Then my Mum calls and tells me the bouquet arrived a day late (2 days after it was sent out???) and the flowers were pink! My Grandmother hates pink flowers hence the request. Don't rely on these… Read Full Review

Thought the flowers looked amazing and lasted a very long time to, the only thing I was disappointed with was the plastic bag that was meant to hold the bouquet was not supporting the flowers at all and I had to remove the flowers out of the bag. Ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday - they sent a lesser arrangement that comprised wilted flowers long past their prime. I sent an email complaining about the service (I live in Toronto, so long distance calls are expensive) and heard nothing back. Sent a second email - that was over a month ago. Still nothing.
Will never use interflora again.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered flowers for a birthday - found out a week later they were never delivered. Chased Interflora and they promised they would be delivered that day with apology chocolates and letter. Turned up a day later with no chocs or letter. When I pointed this out to Interflora they promised to get back to me - a week later I had to chase and they agreed to refund £20 (within 5 business days). I ordered a bunch of flowers along with a balloon from Interflora for my mother last mothers' day. The balloon arrived on the Friday (and was luckily intercepted by my father who suspected it was to be hidden away until the Sunday). He duly presented her with the balloon on the Sunday- which my Mum loved and immediately rang to thank me. However you can imagine my annoyance at being thanked for a balloon when you have in fact spent a considerable amount of cash on flowers.

I spent over £100 ordering online for Mothers Day, I placed the order on the 10th March (in good time) to be delivered on the 22nd March for Mothers Day.
No Delivery, No Phone Call, No Email even though I had provided contact numbers for my Mother and myself. I called Interflora who acknowledged they had the order and the "florist" had accepted the order. That is all the information they had and could not tell me why it wasnt delivered.

The items from Interflora delivered were of a substantially lower quality than that advertised. Very cheap, cheap looking products in my opinion. Was for 60th birthday gift and all items meant to be themed with '60'logo were absent. Completely ignored the order and all gifts arrived late and presented poorly. I ordered a bouquet on the Interflora website on Wednesday and specified that I wanted the flowers delivered on Friday using their delivery date calendar. I was completely unaware that the delivery date I selected meant absolutely nothing.
The flowers weren't delivered on Friday and nor were they delivered on Saturday as went in the wrong van. Hopefully they'll get there today (Monday).

The nature of sending flowers Nationwide by Interflora means that it is difficult for the sender to compare what is actually delivered with what was ordered. I have suspected for some time that Interflora could use this to their advantage. Ordered flowers from Interflora in Warrington for mothers 70th Birthday in Carlisle. They allocated the order to a shop in Whitehaven approx 90 minutes away, despite there being shops in Carlisle. Despite having the order over 24 hours the Interflora shop in Whitehaven decided 'late on Saturday afternoon' that the order was out of their area.
