I ordered a dozen red roses for my fianc for Valentines day. Total cost £51. Order arrived on time, but there were only 11 roses. She was not impressed. For such a high price, nor was I.

It took me two days of calling their customer helpline before I finally spoke to an Interflora representative. They offered to send out a single rose, website price £19.99. I declined their offer and asked for a refund (Google "Interflora Promise"); they have obliged to my request.

Using Interflora.co.uk I arranged a box of personalised Valentine's biscuits to be delivered to my Hubby at work for a Valentine's surprise. The delivery never happened - despite getting an email from interflora stating that my order was in it's way to be delivered and checking their online order tracker which also stated my order was out for delivery - it just never turned up.

“This is not the fist time i have had problems with...”

This is not the fist time i have had problems with this company. but when you pay a premium to have a service they state as being first hand and quality and the recipient still has not had their delivery is a joke. The phone lines cut you off, three times i have written and to date no response, no apology, no flowers!

Disgusting, disgraceful service - I ordered a lovely large bunch of my wife's favourite flowers for Valentines Day to thank her for being a brilliant wife and supporting me through a horrendous year last year. Still waiting to receive them.

Interflora say they were left at a 'secure location at the front of the house'

I do not stay in a house and the front of my flat is a road!

The customer service was absolutely appaling. And I spent nearly 4 hours trying to get through to them.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, AS THEY ARE RUBBISH AND LET YOU DOWN BIG TIME.

IF YOU WANT SAME DAY DELIVERY THEN DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR A LOCAL FLOWER SHOP IN THE AREA AND RING THEM INSTEAD.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not deliver my flowers to my girlfriend on Valentines day. WHAT A LET DOWN!!

The dozen roses ordered 2 weeks before Valentines day were delivered at nearly 7pm without any apology.
Add to this the clearly poor condition they are in. Looking tatty with burnt tips of the petals!
Not what you expect for £40.
Incredibly disappointed, I feel absolutely terrible that I asked my girlfriend to stay in for a special gift that was just not up to scratch.
I really wish I'd looked here first.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for St Valentines day 5 days in advance. The flowers were suppose to come with a balloon.
But they came already dead, with no water in the vase and no ballon.
I took several pictures of them and I have been trying to contact customer support, since yesterday but they are not picking up the phone. They are not even picking up the phone when I call sales!

Shocking service, Paid my money more than a week in advance.

Flowers were being delivered to a business address by courier. As per the conditions on their website they should have been delivered between 9 and 5. They were finally delivered to a cleaner at the office at 5.20 as the office was then closed.

Flowers had clearely been sat on a van all day and were in poor condition.

I just recieved my valentines flowers I ordered for my girlfriend. They deliver man seemed worried as he has about 3 hours work left and is backlogged. Im happy they came but was about 15 minutes away from being a waste of time and ruined a special jesture. Id advise to order for the day before valentines or holidays to assure delivery and prevent upsets. I was disgusted and embarrassed by the dismal quality and quantity of flowers delivered for my auntie's funeral today. I thought I had ordered a lovely wreath (opted for large) and an attractive bouquet from our children. The wreath bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one I had ordered (it was tiny and completely different colours) and the bouquet looked like the floweres were already wilting.

I had to order by phone because their website was down, (which they didn't tell you until you wanted to pay for the flowers). When I did they messed my payment up and charged me twice and now are so unhelpful at customer services that they won't tell me how or when, (or 'if' I suspect) I'm going to get my money back. I cannot understand how this company is still in business - - I had to make four phone calls to customer services to enquire if the gift I had ordered had actually been delivered - each time I was told I would be called back as they needed to check with the courier - needless to say two days after the my requested delivery date I gave up and asked for a refund. I ordered a large bouquet for my partners 50th Birthday with a pre 1.00pm delivery. I am still awaiting the delivery and a reason for the non delivery from their customer services department.
Simply - DO NOT USE THEM.

“The website gives the impression that deliveries will...”

The website gives the impression that deliveries will be personalised or at least that the flowers were being handed to the correct person (it asks for my relation to the recipient and the occasion) - this was not the case.

Confirmation of delivery on the website appeared after the delivery date.

It transpires that 'confirmation of delivery'is meaningless because the item wasn't even dispatched, but the website "order tracking" stated 'delivered'.
