I ordered a plant for my mothers birthday and wondered why I hadn't received a phone call thanking me. The plant wasn't received though the web site tracking stated delivered. A day of trying to call Interflora got me nowhere but recorded messages saying they are busy and please call back another time.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Interflora confirmed my debit card payment 48 hours in advance but failed to deliver the flowers.
I contacted Interflora customer services who informed me that they 'had no idea why the delivery had not been made'.
No apology from Inrterflora made their error a lot worse.

My husband was thrilled he had ordered these roses as a suprise for me for valentines day. They were beautiful on valentines day, but the next day half of them were past there best.
Very disappointing indeed!! We are both very upset about the roses, they never even reached the 5 day freshness guarantee
He has complained but they dont really want to know in customer services.
I think a refund and a replacement for all those people disappointed.

Flowers ordered for my partner's mum's funeral. A special tribute of all her favourite flowers. they never turned up. Customer services not in the least interested in the upset this caused. This is not the first time we have had problems with Interflora but enough is enough - no more custom from us. we will be telling everyone we know just how naff they are. Interflora now use a home delivery company so if you are not in they get taken away and left on this occasion from Saturday to Monday. they agreed to send complimentary gift - didn't turn up. Cancelled flowers - then they finally turned up (even though cancelled), semi dead having been kept on a van for 3 days. Ordered flowers for my elderly mothers birthday, finally arrived by courier after six in the evening after their order tracking showed they had all ready been delivered. Customer service rude and off hand, told me that there was nothing he could do. Please do not waste your money on Interflora.

Please do not waste your time and money, ever so appalling the flowers comprised of 50% less arrangements to what was advertised on interfloras website. When complaining to customer services they simply did not care and were extremely rude and stated well what would you like us to do. Ordered Purity Orchids from Interflora on Monday evening for delivery by courier on Wednesday for my wife's 60th, they eventually turned up at 5pm Thursday. I complained on Wednesday by email and was given an automated reply. Checked the website on Thursday at 13.30 and the order tracking said they had been delivered, which was wrong. This is the first time I've used Interflora. I'm very pleased with how punctual the delivery was - arrived on the day I requested. However, part of my order was missing which I found really disappointing. Okay there's no option for delivery too early! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for the 4th of Dec. They came today - the 27th Nov. How stupid can you be. The absolute worst service I have ever had in all of my life! Totally appalling and disgraceful. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Grandmother's 80th and thought Interflora was a good way to go.
I requested a red/autumn shade bouquet with no pink flowers to be delivered on the 7th. I got the "it's on its way" email the day before the requested delivery date so I thought everything was fine.

Thought the flowers looked amazing and lasted a very long time to, the only thing I was disappointed with was the plastic bag that was meant to hold the bouquet was not supporting the flowers at all and I had to remove the flowers out of the bag. Ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday - they sent a lesser arrangement that comprised wilted flowers long past their prime. I sent an email complaining about the service (I live in Toronto, so long distance calls are expensive) and heard nothing back. Sent a second email - that was over a month ago. Still nothing.
Will never use interflora again.
