Valentines flowers not delivered. I look like I haven't made the effort, and Girlfriend thinks I can't be bothered, yet it's their mistake, granted, its not the end of the world, but if you order something 2 weeks in advance and pay for a service, you expect to get that. I was disgusted and embarrassed by the dismal quality and quantity of flowers delivered for my auntie's funeral today. I thought I had ordered a lovely wreath (opted for large) and an attractive bouquet from our children. The wreath bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one I had ordered (it was tiny and completely different colours) and the bouquet looked like the floweres were already wilting.

I had to order by phone because their website was down, (which they didn't tell you until you wanted to pay for the flowers). When I did they messed my payment up and charged me twice and now are so unhelpful at customer services that they won't tell me how or when, (or 'if' I suspect) I'm going to get my money back. I cannot understand how this company is still in business - - I had to make four phone calls to customer services to enquire if the gift I had ordered had actually been delivered - each time I was told I would be called back as they needed to check with the courier - needless to say two days after the my requested delivery date I gave up and asked for a refund. I ordered a large bouquet for my partners 50th Birthday with a pre 1.00pm delivery. I am still awaiting the delivery and a reason for the non delivery from their customer services department.
Simply - DO NOT USE THEM.

The website gives the impression that deliveries will be personalised or at least that the flowers were being handed to the correct person (it asks for my relation to the recipient and the occasion) - this was not the case.
Confirmation of delivery on the website appeared after the delivery date.
It transpires that 'confirmation of delivery'is meaningless because the item wasn't even dispatched, but the website "order tracking" stated 'delivered'.

I ordered 2 bouquets in November to be sent to Austria. The quality and quantity was way below standard. Nothing like the picture and for what I paid it was very expensive.
When I complained I was given excuses about the fact I should have complained within 7 days. What Interflora fail to recognise is they are selling products to express joy or sadness between ourselves. As an ex-interflora florist I have a thing or two to say about the company.
Interflora takes a 20% cut plus charges higher amounts to the florist fsending the order to them. The florist also pays monthly to 'be interflora'... so if a bouquet is 30 the florist might only recieve £14 from interflora and they then deduct all these expenses plus their time for making them and wrapping charges.. so you end up with a pitiful amount of flowers. wished I had read the reviews..interflora is such a well known brand I thought I was safe. My goodness they have gone down hill. years of accountants shaving pennies off has resulted in a pathetic prduct. Nothing like the pictures published online and just a cheap product for a big price.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend's 21st birthday. Paid £13 for them to be delivered before 1pm, as she was going out in the afternoon. That delivery option was only available as her birthday is on Christmas eve. Flowers had not arrived by 2pm, so called the helpline to be told they had left the shop early that morning, and since they had few deliveries to make, they should have been delivered already. I am very disappointed with the funeral flower selection from Interflora.
The Lily and Iris Teardrop Spray has no Iris flowers. The Lily heads have noticeably discoloured brown tips on the ends of them. And the green fern has brown on their tips.
Why did the florist not mention to me in a prior phone call 24hrs before I was due to pick up the flowers that the Iris flowers would be missing??? so not to expect what I had ordered???

It was a great bunch of Flowers, if not a little pricey. They did arrive on time, and in good condition but they did they die very early on, and yes i was watering them!
