I ordered 2 sets of flowers online from Interflora - one for an 87th birthday and one for someone just out of hospital. Neither arrived on allocated day. Customer service offered me an upgrade on the size of flowers which I accepted reluctantly. They sent a tiny box of chocolates with one instead. I found out later that the upgraded flowers for my mother were 'past their best' from the start and half had to be discarded the next day. I wish I checked the rating before using their service
Order placed more than 72 hours in advance
I ordered for International service, it's for a birthday present.
Birthday lady did not receive the flower, I contacted customer service. She said she will contact Argentina Headquarter. Next day, still not delivered, but website claimed "Delivered." I called customer service, they said "Argentina headquarter has not yet reply." She said she will put it thru complaint department, to have this issue… Read Full Review

Terrible service - really cocky customer service. All they want is your money. Big tip DONT use them - go direct to the florist i.e. look on yell.com type in the area and call the florist direct - saves lots of money Interflora take a whopping 32% before it gets to the florist - which means you get less flowers!!

Wouldn't even give them a 1 out of 5, but there's not an option for 0/5.

Interflora were supposed to deliver flowers to my sister who had just had a serious operation and had returned home. The post office came to her door to deliver them (a day late on the Friday). She did not hear the door and so they put a card through. She was unable to get to the PO and did not call them as she didn't know the delivery was in fact flowers. Ordered flowers with vase and brown teddy bear and chocolates. Paid extra for delivery before 1pm. Arrived at 3pm when wife was no longer in office. Received pink teddy for a newborn baby and no chocolates. Still trying to contact customer services by premium rate phone but they always seem to be 'experiencing a high volume of calls'. My boyfriend ordered flowers in a vase, paid extra for morning delivery too.
The flowers were late,and came in an old cardboard box. They were of very poor quality, the roses never opened and the lillys went brown and didn't open. When asking why the delivery was late, the delivery man he said "it wasn't his fault he came as quick as he could" The flowers were ordered on line the day before. Mother's Day - paid extra for delivery on the day. The flowers were delivered late, on the following Monday afternoon. They turned up damaged, according to my parents, and I discovered when visiting that they weren't even the flowers I had ordered.

Wow I guess I'm lucky my flowers actually turned up! I am disgusted with the service you recieve from this supposedly reputable company. I ordered a £45.00 bunch which looked lovely online and ironically were named "Vibrant". What turned up was anything but. USE INTERFLORA AT YOUR PERIL.
Ordered a bunch of flowers, vase and box of chocolates a week in advance to be delivered to my Mums house in Skegness for her 75th birthday on the 27th March 2010 - Did they arrive? Did they hell! Have contacted Interflora but as it is the weekend I suppose I will have to wait until Monday for a reply.

Use interflora at your peril - if you need to complain it is a joke. I wanted to return the 12 red roses (only 11 dying ones turned up) i had bought for my finace. The florist came to collect them and started threatening her in the reception. I bought through interflora, did they address this, strike him off their list, offer me an apology - NO. Following on from my review on 17th March 2010, I would like to warm people against Interflora again, I have asked for a refund 3 times with no action taken, 2 e-mails that I have not had a reply to. I even contacted the local florist again who just said sorry they could not help, charming! I received a Kalanchoe planter which contained 3 Kalanchoe and 1 ivy plant for Mothering Sunday which cost my son £22.99 plus £9.99 delivery. To say it was poor value is the understatement of the year. It was supplied as per spec by the florist but I think it is an insult to florists that they have to supply such a poor value item. I wish i had checked this website first,my mother recieved the flowers but they were very poor quality,only about 10 flowers, 3 were dead.they looked like they were brought last minute from a petrol station for a fiver.
I have complained and am waiting a response but i would never use them again.

I'm amazed to see a lot of people are in the same position as me! This was the first time I have used Interflora. Mother's day came, my mother's flowers did not. Customer service which is an 0870 number, takes an hour to get through, before being hung up on. Still no response from my emails. I ordered flowers for my Mother for mothers day. I spent £40 on them so i was expecting something really pretty but what i received was absolutely disgusting i could of bought the same bunch of flowers in Tesco for £5.
So i contacted interflora twice each time an agent said they would ring me back- they didn't and when i finally got through they said that agents can't ring you back!

Absolutely appalling - no service whatsoever. Flowers didn't arrive, no explanation, no contact.
Two days, six complaining emails and numerous unanswered phone calls to the customer service line has failed to produce anything whatsoever from either Tesco or Interflora in response.

Yet they have debited my card and taken the money, also without explanation.

I can not believe how poor the service is from Interflora. I ordered my Mothers Day flowers a week before and they still could not deliver them. I have spent an hour trying to get through to customer services and when I finally got through, the boy on the other end did not know what he was doing and put me on hold 3 or 4 times. To be honest - they are a complete disgrace. Flowers for Mothers day were dumped at the wrong address. The person kindly passed the flowers on to us, but they had been dumped outside her house for several hours before she noticed them, so they were in very poor condition.

Customer Service is non existent - the message on the phones are that lines are busy, try again later and you get cut off.

Please do not buy flowers from Interflora - it is the only way they will ever learn.
