Ordered flowers to be delivered on mothers day 4rd April 2011 - Still waiting for flowers.

Have spent alot of time trying to contact interflora since sunday. When I did get through I was told the flowers were delivery, which was not the case. They contacted the florist, I am still waiting for a reply now.

Presently on phone, on hold waiting for reply.

Totally disappointed and let down. I order alot of flower via interflora and on the last two occassion the flowers have not been up to… Read Full Review

Flowers ordered for delivery on 2nd April still haven't arrived. Spoke to Customer Services Advisor yesterday who informed me they had been delivered (which they hadn't) tried emailing twice and phoning over nine times roday only to be disconnected by there answering service as the lines are all busy. Totally disgusted at the flower arrangement which I ordered for my Mum for Mother's Day. I spent £34.14 for what I expected would be a grand display (nothing like the photograph) and was very annoyed when what was delivered was nothing more than a small posy of flowers. I find this appalling as I could have purchased better bouquets of flowers from M&S or other stores. i was utterly discusted i will never be using this site again i paid £31.99 for LARGE spring brights and it turned up with about 8 poxy flowers in it and their excuse was the pictures on the website do get exagerated! i rang customer serice saturday its now monday and im still waiting for them to get back to me! hello, i am actually an interflora florist myself, who is exhausted after doing over an 80 hour week last week. There are many queries such as this which need to be resolved. I am sorry to tell you, although you ordered the large spring brights perfect gift vase, you need to bear in mind, what comes out of that cost. The curved nigella vase that comes out of the price is £6.99, then the sisal collar that goes around the flower is £1. Which leaves you with a whopping £24. Then a percentage needs to come off for the makeup that the florist charges to create a vase arrangement, which leaves you with on average £18. Then in the spring brights vase is two stems of genista, £1.30 a stem at peak periods due to the high demand. 3 mini gerbera, £1.20 each. 1 ilios yellow rose, £2.20, 3 spray carnations £2.50, 2 tulips, £0.80 each, 2 anemones £0.90each. Then aprox £3 for foliage. The total for this comes to £17.30. As you see, the money does not go far, so would like you to try and appreciate that when peak periods are happening, our prices go up considerably and we need to take majority of the cost. I found this review very helpful because...what the florist is saying it true, also what she hasn't said how much interflora takes out, over 34% !"!!! not much left for the florist to make any kind of profit.

Used inter-flora for years, were great in the beginning but got steadily more pricey. Last year they didn't deliver my order for Mum on Mother's Day - very difficult getting any answers from Customer Services - they didn't seem to have an effective tracking system. I felt they were not interested and the flowers were never delivered. I ordered a £40 bouquet wishing my best friend good luck for the opening performance of a show she was in, as I wouldn't be attending myself. I ordered a Pink Radiance bouquet online, a week and a half in advance. I recieved confirmation, and even checked on the delivery the day before hand by phone. The very last time I use interflora was before Mother's day 2010. Since then, I have no reason to use interflora as my Mother in law passed away in May 2010.
I was in Canada from the 13th of March 2011 until 24th of March 2011 and during those period I have received 2 text messages with full advertizing Mother's day sale bouquets pictures from interflora.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my bosses 70th Birthday. They arrived two days early which rather ruined the intention of being a birthday surprise for her. I went to complain but was told it's in their terms and condtions that they can deliver up to 48 hours either side of the chosen delivery date. I ordered on valentines day. Paid for 2 hour window. They said it had gone .. it didn't ...

I phoned up ... repeatedly ... over 30 times. Didn't get through. I filled in online complaint and emailed all their emails. No repsonse.

3 days later I heard back via a vague voicemail.

They didn't deliver, didn't apologise. Didn't do a refund, just kept the cash!

I chased today finally (been busy at work) and the first guy just refused to help at all ... either refund or flowers, no other option… Read Full Review

I am a florist in bucks ,I really had to write about my experience's I have had with interflora's member florists.Up till now I thought that I might have a slightly biased oppinion BUT NO !!! I found this review not helpful because any florist can produce appalling work how does the florist who saw this tribute from an interflora shop know it was an interflora order? it could just have easily been a private order. You are just judging every interflora member with the tribute you saw.
<br/>What I do agree is that customers should phone a florist in the area they wish to have the flowers delivered and place the order with them directly. That way they can discuss their likes and dislikes and then they will know what they are getting and if like us (especially a funeral tribute) we will take a picture and e-mail it to them, that is how confident we are about our work!!!.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mams birthday they cost me a totla of £40 and although delivered on the day I asked the flowrs were already dying, they lasted a total of 2 days which was highly dissapointing considering the price I paid and that they were a present. They also looked nothing like the picture on the website I ordered the larger bunch of flowers but they were still quite few. I would not reccomend this site to anyone. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and a balloon for my wife's 50th birthday from Interflora. I placed my order a week before her birthday to ensure the there was plenty of time to get it right. My order was passed to a local florist called Blodau in Skewen near Neath who promptly delivered the order 6 days before my wife's birthday, despite clear instructions to the contrary. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day which were never delivered despite been told I would be charged extra to have them delivered before 1pm.
So far I have been given 3 different reasons for why they have not been delivered and am still waiting on a supervisor call back over a week later.
To sum up my experience I found the service incompetent, aftersales non-existent and would neither recommend nor use this service again.

I made the mistake of ordering a Valentine's Day bouquet of roses through Interflora for my wife. A box containing the roses was dumped on the porch by a delivery van at about 1745 on the day; so my wife waited all day for the flowers which I had promised would come, getting more and more unhappy. My daughter is recovering from a major disabling condition. She now has to manage on 65.00 +DLA per week from the DWP. As a thank you for the support we are giving her (as parents do). I purchased some flowers for my Nans birthday and (luckily) had them delivered to my home address so I could take them around personally. I am so glad I did, as the flowers were appauling. I paid £30 and going by the picture on the website, expecting a lovely bouquet to fill a vase adequately. I was so wrong!!
