I am a florist in bucks ,I really had to write about my experience's I have had with interflora's member florists.Up till now I thought that I might have a slightly biased oppinion BUT NO !!! I found this review not helpful because any florist can produce appalling work how does the florist who saw this tribute from an interflora shop know it was an interflora order? it could just have easily been a private order. You are just judging every interflora member with the tribute you saw.
<br/>What I do agree is that customers should phone a florist in the area they wish to have the flowers delivered and place the order with them directly. That way they can discuss their likes and dislikes and then they will know what they are getting and if like us (especially a funeral tribute) we will take a picture and e-mail it to them, that is how confident we are about our work!!!.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mams birthday they cost me a totla of £40 and although delivered on the day I asked the flowrs were already dying, they lasted a total of 2 days which was highly dissapointing considering the price I paid and that they were a present. They also looked nothing like the picture on the website I ordered the larger bunch of flowers but they were still quite few. I would not reccomend this site to anyone. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and a balloon for my wife's 50th birthday from Interflora. I placed my order a week before her birthday to ensure the there was plenty of time to get it right. My order was passed to a local florist called Blodau in Skewen near Neath who promptly delivered the order 6 days before my wife's birthday, despite clear instructions to the contrary. “I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day which were never...”

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day which were never delivered despite been told I would be charged extra to have them delivered before 1pm.
So far I have been given 3 different reasons for why they have not been delivered and am still waiting on a supervisor call back over a week later.
To sum up my experience I found the service incompetent, aftersales non-existent and would neither recommend nor use this service again.

The flowers delivered and were absolutely beautiful, that was 8 days ago and they are still looking lovely as they were when my sister got them.

“I made the mistake of ordering a Valentine's Day...”

I made the mistake of ordering a Valentine's Day bouquet of roses through Interflora for my wife. A box containing the roses was dumped on the porch by a delivery van at about 1745 on the day; so my wife waited all day for the flowers which I had promised would come, getting more and more unhappy. My daughter is recovering from a major disabling condition. She now has to manage on 65.00 +DLA per week from the DWP. As a thank you for the support we are giving her (as parents do). She sent us what she thought would be a beautiful symbol of her love and appreciation. I purchased some flowers for my Nans birthday and (luckily) had them delivered to my home address so I could take them around personally. I am so glad I did, as the flowers were appauling. I paid £30 and going by the picture on the website, expecting a lovely bouquet to fill a vase adequately. I was so wrong!! Received a very poor bunch of flowers costing £30 (!!!) which consisted of six bits of laurel and other greenstuff, 2 pink roses, 1 red rose, 1 red gerbera,3 well out red carnations, 1 pink unopened lily, and couple of bits of tiny pink flowers whose name I don't know and delivered dry as a bone. By the next morning one pink rose had drooped over and was dead and the red gerbera was drooped over. It's not the first time Interflora have messed up my order. I had just ordered my girlfriend roses for valentines day and Interflora sent the wrong flower order. I ordered the dozen red roses and they only delivered 6 of a different order. I was disappointed so I got in touch and they said they would collect the flowers to replace them. Ordered flowers from Interflora delivery to my wife at work in Huntingdon, admittedly leaving it until the day before, but assurred by the website that a next day delivery during the working day was possible. Received an email during the day saying they would be delivered. Didn't turn up.

Excuse was that they could not find the address despite it being a large National Trust property shared with a major public school. Was not able to get though so I emailed and was given a very brief apology and a refund. This is a rubbish service. I will never use them again. The flowers I ordered for my wife for Valentines day have not been delivered. However, according to their order tracking they were. I have phoned each day to complain, but could not get through, due to the volume of calls. I complained by email and have not received a reply. Ordered flowers on Saturday morning for delivery on Monday 14th for my wife. Nothing arrived. Emailed Interflora late Monday evening and again on Tuesday morning to ask for refund as they had failed to deliver when promised. Flower shop phoned Tuesday afternoon with the excuse that they could't deliver on Monday as they couldn't find the address - they could have phoned on Monday, though it's a rather lame excuse. Not normally a romantic person, however this year I succumbed and I chose what I thought were meant to be the best? Interflora. (IF).
I checked their Website on Mon 14/Feb/11 at about 9am and saw that if I paid premium delivery and ordered before 11am that it would be delivered that day.
So duly paid for what looked like a lovely bunch of 6 red roses and expected a txt meg from the Wife later that day.

My wife ordered me custom biscuits for valentine's day 3 weeks ago to be delivered before 6pm on the 14th, it is now 16:43 on the 15th and they have still not arrived. My wife has just received an email it say it MIGHT be delivered tomorrow.

I wonder if I will get them for my birthday in March.

Would never use this company again extremely poor show.
