I can not believe how poor the service is from Interflora. I ordered my Mothers Day flowers a week before and they still could not deliver them. I have spent an hour trying to get through to customer services and when I finally got through, the boy on the other end did not know what he was doing and put me on hold 3 or 4 times. “To be honest - they are a complete disgrace. Flowers...”

To be honest - they are a complete disgrace. Flowers for Mothers day were dumped at the wrong address. The person kindly passed the flowers on to us, but they had been dumped outside her house for several hours before she noticed them, so they were in very poor condition.

Customer Service is non existent - the message on the phones are that lines are busy, try again later and you get cut off.

Please do not buy flowers from Interflora - it is the only way they will ever learn.

Me and my boyfriend ordered flowers for out mothers on mothers day, the flowers never arrived, no card to say attempted delivery on the Sunday. It is now Monday evening and still no flowers you can't get through to customer services it just states they have a high volume of calls and then cuts you off and no reply to email. What is going on? “Ordered flowers, teddy bear and chocolates over 2...”

Ordered flowers, teddy bear and chocolates over 2 weeks ago well in time for mothers day. I would have expected them to have given me some sort of priority for that reason, plus the additional charge for sunday delivery, BUT NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!

No communications, no response to email, no answering of phones- possibly the worst experience ive had with an internet order!

Like most people did flowers for mother in law for mother's day and disappointingly these have not arrived. Status is showing "still to be made up". Try telling my husband that it was the fault of Interflora that his mum did not get anything!! Still waiting for them to contact me via e-mail as customer services phone line, you sit in a queue and then someone hangs up as they are very busy with calls. Will not use them again. I paid a premium for sunday morning delivery for mothers day its now the 15th march amd still no flowers!
I will never use this service again and I am getting in touch with barclaycard to get a refund.
Next time ill buy from asda/tesco marks & spencers who all have better flowers at half the price and at least ill guarantee delivery of my own goods!

disgusting service, ordered flowers to be delivered in Canada for 2 weeks ago. Still have not arrived. Apparently they tried to deliver (I know the recipient was home and also gave them a contact number for him just in case). Received an email 5 days later to tell me the flowers had not been delivered (first I'd heard of it)

Hvae tried a number of times to contact them. Am still awaiting a response from them, have also asked the procedure to make a complaint but i wont be suprised if I dont… Read Full Review

Rubbish....no flowers delivered, no calls or emails answered,just an automated message that hangs up on you! I tried to get through by placing an order but was on hold for 20 mins...others obviously had the same idea...:-D I asked for am delivery and paid a premium for it. they called me back just after I had ordered them to say they couldn't guarantee am delivery and would refund that cost, fair enough I thought, still no refund from that either.

Unlike other peoples mothers day flowers, my mums did actually show up.

Kind of wish they didn't - complete embarrassment and not worth the money at all.

Approximately 8 withered flower heads with petals missing in amongst a sea of foliage which was curling and looked half dead. Looked nothing like what was advertised.

The local supermarket was selling much nicer ones at half the price.

Do NOT shop there - go to Marks and Spencer's for quality or Tesco for price… Read Full Review

just recieved flowers from my daughter for mothers day with interflora.What a rip off they are not fresh look like a week old. No colour nothing like the photos on web site. except for a few lillies which are past their best the rest is just foliage and daises.I would not pay £10 for this in a supermarket that is how bad they are. I ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Interflora confirmed my debit card payment 48 hours in advance but failed to deliver the flowers.

I contacted Interflora customer services who informed me that they 'had no idea why the delivery had not been made'.

No apology from Inrterflora made their error a lot worse.
