I stupidly did sign up to get a tiny 10% discount (they said it might be up to 60,% but surprise surprise, mine ended up only 10%), then I ended up paying £40 more in 'arrears fees' two months in a row, even though I paid on time. They charged arrears fees the same day my cheque arrived. How d ...

Up to now I have been quite happy with my card, and the service I've received. You also get quite a lot of discount promotions if you use your card. I'm happy with my New Look store card.

I had to take out a store card to buy some interview outfits. I got the job! Well.. I go into the store, hand over the full amount in CASH to pay off the outstanding balance. I am then sent a letter from New Look telling me that my store card is over its limit and to pay off a balance more than the ...

For the last 4 months running I have been charged interest on my New Look Store Card account, even though I pay my outstanding balance in full!?

When you try to increase your credit limit on your New Look store card, the statement advises you to contact customer services on an 0870 number to be told by a representative that you must write in to request an increase, but to be told it DOES TAKE 6 MONTHS!
I recommend using a far better cred ...

I sent cheque after cheque to New Look to make payments on my New Look store card, but I was told that I hadn't and I received charges. Staff have been very unhelpful.

I paid the balance off this card to New Look by internet banking as soon as I received my 1st New Look store card bill. The payment went to the company previously providing the service.
