I had a New Look Card a few years ago and never remembered it being this much hassle. There certainly wasn't so much Interest and Arrears Fees!!! I have just cut up my current New Look Card and won't be having another one no matter how much I like the clothing from New Look Stores. Maybe this will e ...

If interest was not that high I would purchase more things using my New Look store card as it would be money well spent.

Shocking. Unless your desperate for the 10% off when you open it I seriously wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. I can't wait to cancel/eat/destroy mine!!!!

The best way to avoid problems with the new look card and also any store card is to set it up to pay the full balance each month. All store cards are like credit cards, the New Look card is easy to set up on direct debit and then you don't have to worry about it!

I would strongly urge people to avoid taking out this store card it's the worst I have ever come across.
I received the bill late, paid it as soon as I could and then now am charged an outrageous arrears fee. This is how these companies boost their profits.

I have just received a statement. I paid 1 day over the due date. Now I don't mind paying the interest if it is my fault, but to be given an arrears charge of more than half the amount due, is disgusting. So much so that I have cut the New Look store card up.

I got signed up for this discount yesterday, and I only got 10% off. I have decided to cancel, as I'm worried about debts. I did ask them after if I could cancel, and they said it was too late. I have to use it for what I wanted to buy, then any time after the day after signing up I can cancel I i h ...

New Look's customer service is much worse since they have been run by Ikano. I presume that company must be a firm of bailiffs in another life. They never listen to what you say. This is obviously how they are trained. I have great sympathy with crodfish and leannejay. I too had an arrears payment, ...
