“Bad customer service for online customers”

I have been a really loyal customer for years we have been shielding and we have no transport or family support nearby to help us and no one can drive for medical reasons and i have been trying to buy superdrug fat binder tablets and wellwoman 50 plus tablets online I have been talking to superdrug and most of the day and Just get pushed around and it has got me nowhere so I have had to do a review

“Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre Superdrug”

I was very pleased with my visit to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre Superdrug, I was greeted at the till by a lovely, handsome, young man. I can't remember his name but it began with R. He showed me there offers on perfume and also gave me a beautycard. I also was also looking for a specific soap for my sensitive skin and he took the time to go to the stock room and check for me. I would 100% recommend this store to a friend as the staff were all very lovely and helpful. I even got a lot of help on the make up aisle by a lovely young lady, she helped me find my favorite lipstick.

“POOR ONLINE AND LOCAL SERVICE”

I placed an order three weeks ago. Went to collect it and waited 10 minutes to be served and eventually gave up. I emailed the 'customer care' team and still have yet to receive a refund. They are asking me to verify that I have not collected the order....why?? Why can they not contact their own store and check to make sure the parcel is there. In my opinion you would be better using another company who values their customers and wants to help and listen to how their service can be improved.

“Customer service ”

standing in my local store as a do every week a member of staff comes up behind me pushes past rattling keys I said to the girl serving me an excuse me would have went a long way. The member of staff heard me an went on serving So I mailed customer service explained my complaint to be totally ignored I sent so many mails I lost count And only to be told they would have store speak to the member of staff I said I'm disgusted that after another lot of mails the amount of money I spend is around £100 weekly sent receipts to prove this. To be ignored again and again So I then mailed explaining he hurt me by pushing past me and that I was going to be putting my feelings out there Also the ignorance of customer service To be mailed back eventually saying they will credit my card with £5. As good will gesture To be honest your £5 is a down right insult to a loyal customer. Now debating taking the matter further.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUROMER SERVICE!! The superdrug on coporation t I would never set foot back in their again as i am a regular customer thy will not be getting my money again.I asked the girl politely for a product I couldn't find, her tone the way she snapped at me was unbelievable she was ridiculously rude then after she 'tried looking for it' she said we haven't got any when the product I was loiking for was right in the other aisle I mean you call that customer service. The girl who I think was supervisor or deputy I have already taken it furthur to someone absolutely riduculous. I would rather got to boots and pay more money than step foot back in a horrible disgracful shop with disgusting people like that. My purchase in the end I made at boots thy will be getting my mineyfrom now on.

“No bloody testers!”

I have had some good products from this shop in the past but recently it has become a nightmare as they have loads of new cosmetic products but no testers or,testers and no products!! A lot of products get opened by customers which renders them unsaleable and when it is the last one of something you want to buy it is beyond annoying!!

“Disaster of a company beyond useless”

Ordered 3 times from them, so far only 1 of them has turned up! They sent no confirmation email saying that their warehouse has had problems, that's fair enough but then was told I may get the confirmation emails? I may get them. Just sent a report to Citizens Advice about how legal that response was (assuming not very) waiting back for their response. Never going near this useless inept company every again, they're an utter joke so putting this down to experience of course, what company makes a mess up and doesn't have a backup plan? *shakes head in amazement of their utter stupidity* If they don't refund me the total cost of premium delivery for 2 orders (£11) then I will be taking this up with the retail ombudsman. never seen such incompetence!

“new store bad employees”

there is a new store that has opened up in Whitechapel E1 area in London. it has the worst customer service. I had gone there today lunch time to purchase some make up on my lunch break. the employee at front was struggling to serve one customer let alone me. there was a colleague behind him stacking and talking. he kept looking but did not even offer to serve me. First of all its lunch time so its the peak of the day and people have to go back to work. nut that didn't occur to the workers. secondly the customer had left and was dragged back in again. enough is enough is there any one else serving no apologies just said one minute. very unprofessional. as being a new store looks very bad on them . i do think i would ever go there again. people let companies down. similar situation in the westfield stratford store. they are very unhelpful and extremely rude. I wont be going back there although it was my local ones I have had bad experience with.

“Website basket payments broken for too liong”

For many months now I have been online ordering of goods with excellent delivery times. For about a week now the website works as far as payment then the link is broken. It is not good enough for IT repairs to take more than a couple of days and it ismassive inconveniece to its online customers to the point where other online suppliers are found and Superdrug loses trade. I now find there is a New Superdrug website.....great.....but low and behold it has the same payment problems. Hope you improve soon to your old ways of being an excellent service.

“Website not working!”

I spent hours adding stuff to my basket, finding make up, hair products etc, only to find after all that that I couldn't get to the payment screen. So what a complete waste of my time! I was using an iPad, which works perfectly well with other stores websites. I tried again the next day on my Nokia mobile only to get the same problem. SUPERDRUG please sort out your website, this isn't good enough!!!

I have had a huge problem with the website. Last night I tried to buy two items, only to find that there are 109 items listed as being in my basket at a cost of over £2000! Pressing "clear basket" just takes me to an error message. I tried on my tablet, my phone and my desktop and it was the same everywhere. Tried again this morning still the same and have now bought the products elsewhere!

07.09.15 I have just had my eyebrows threaded in Beckenham Kent. I asked for a tidy up and I added I didn't want them any thinner. What I got was terrible. One was thinner than the other one. The tops looked spikey! Even on the right one, it looked like I'm balding where she has taken too much off. I will never visit there again!!!! Aargh!!!

Went into superdrug in newtownards. I have had a Brazilian blow dry and needed a sulphate free shampoo. The staff couldn't do enough for me and were so friendly. I purchased l'oreal ultra Riche nourishing shampoo and conditioner. Really pleased with results and will go back there again! Lovely staff so thanks again Lynn nelson

“Never go back again ”

I recently went to superdrugs at the fort to get my eyebrows threaded I told the lady I just wanted the bottom hairs tided up as I'm grown them thick she said yeah I told her alot of times as I'm very unsure of her five mins later she shows me them I had to hold back the tears she made them look like a thin line I couldn't wait to just leave and cry honestly I told her loads of times its probably my own fault but i thought just the stray hairs I was so close to having thick brows I'll never be back and would not recommend to anyone I'll just have to do it myself from now own you think going to a professional you'd be safe well no I wish she actually listened and maybe gave me a mirror to keep a eye on her but thought she knew her job.

“Previous employee”

I worked at superdrug for just under a year. The other members of staff are immature and rude (the majority). The assistant manager hired people depending on how 'fit' they were, not because they had talent or potential. I got given time off because I was in a accident, then when I did start work again I felt unwelcome and picked on. Also I got in trouble for not being in work, even though they gave me the time off themselves! I got underpaid nearly every week ( including holiday money ). I got put on till for nearly 8 hours a day. I got looked down on when I asked for some holiday. Worst place to work ever unless you're a stuck up idiot basically. Got a much better job now. Thanks :)

“Rude people (superdrug staff)”

I think it is really rude to blame people, we'll basically I went to superdrug with my daughter and we got everything we wanted and we were waiting to pay for every thing my daughter was Waugh me the whole time and the staff just pointed at my daughter and and shouted het you do not touch any of the things and I was like calm down do not go blaming my daughter for any thing then the guy said well your daughter has touched a kinder egg and opened the wrapper and just put it on the other things. I argued and he told me to pay but I didn't and I went and said you know what I am going to boots superdrug sucks, I was so angry my daughter was with me the whole time. It is really rude to blame people.

This branch of superdrug is dreadful I tried to claim an o2 priority moments on the 18th of this month at 1.30pm offer but apparently none of the staff knew how to redeem the voucher the girl shouted on one of her colleagues who also had no idea how to redeem this offer tried to claim the offer wasn't for their store even though it clearly said wellgate Dundee she then shouted on a colleague who said nope don't know what this is then shouted across the store to the manager it's another one of them b****y voucher codes again he then said he will be back in a minute he then never returned and the younger girl said I don't think he really cares and isn't going to validate the code was too late by then and time had ran out they then said next time instead of coming to the till trying to get them to do something they don't know ask for a manager they then asked if I was going to buy the drink I said no and walked out they then started being cheeky amongst themselves about me on contacting customer care office they didn't seem to care this is not the only problems in this branch they have crisps priced at 10p with their reduced sticker price on them then if that price doesn't come up on the till they try and charge full price same with any product reduced they never give you it at the reduced price even when it clearly states it has been reduced maybe a report to trading standards would sort your poorly managed store out I'm sure they would like to know about your falsely advertised prices
