Had Norton, McAfee and Kaspersky over the past few years but none of these match Avast. Avast beats them all hands down in that it is simplicity at its best, does not use up resources and gets on with the job. Excellent Program.

Avast would have to be the best anti virus software ive used it automatically updates and doesn't slow down your computer at all.
Avast anti-virus is a great program and i would highly recommend downloading it!

I give it a perfect 5. I am using this anti virus software and I have no complaint, it's fast, reliable, automatic updates is often, and it uses very little resources of my PC unlike other antivirus softwares.

Avast works in the background and is non-intrusive. Just install it and it updates itself automatically. It warns you with a loud siren when a virus is detected. It is very good for a free software that it even beats Norton and McAffee.

This is absolutely the best freeware product that is out there today. I Can't believe the company would give this product out for free. This could easily be a product that would cost $20-$40 for a yearly subscription and it would be well worth the cost.
