Am closing my account with them today as although I havent used it in a long time kept it for emergency purchases. totally bloody agree i ordered stuff off them on the 18th of june missed my delivered so payed the deposit on monday should only take four days to deliver told wouldnt recieve order till the 8th of june which is when im going on hols and the reason i ordered of littlewoods for hols was ten told today diff story that my order was not sent.. was giving a number to ring tat dosent ring.. i have never experinced such bad customer service before

“Disgusting ”

Ordered a laptop last week, says it should've delivered today 22/5/12. I've checked the tracking it says it's on hold at the depot. Found the depot they said ring littlewoods I ring them then they say ring back the depot. “terrible customer service !”

been an agent for over 20 years . have a washing machine which has developed several faults which are covered by the sale of goods act . they continually fob you off with email responses that contradict the previous emails they send you .they fail to call you to discuss the problem when they say they will . they seem to hope i will give up in sheer frustration that i am being given the runaround . how wrong they are ! i advise anyone else having trouble with this company never to give up if you… Read Full Review

With electrical items that are faulty we usually advise to contact the manufacturers helpline who can diagnose the fault and hopefully provide a solution - they normally would send an engineer to view the machine and produce a report of the fault.

Hi MSB2012,

Once we have recevied a cancellation request then we will cancel this order and once the cancellation has been accepted then we cannot reverse this. You would then need to re-order the item.

We are only allocated a certain amount of stock for items and once an item has been removed from our website, this usually means that the item is out of stock and we do not know when we are due to get it back in.

Some returns take longer than others as they have to go through an inspection process and depoending on the method of return, this also does vary.

As long as you keep a hold of your proof of return then we would be able to track it if it doesn't automatically get refunded.

“Scam artists and no security to customers accounts!!!!”

I opened a littlewoods account 6 years ago, i used them twice and always called up as soon as i recieved and was happy with the goods to pay balance in full, there was a clear balance when i stopped using them which was over 4 years ago. This year (4 years later) i recieved a letter from portfolio 1 (the debt collectors) saying i owed shop direct almost £150!! Its interesting to see I am not the only customer who thinks Littlewoods has gone DOWNHILL since teaming up with the courier, My Yodel, whos customer service is disgusting. Well heres my story.... “There Buyer needs to get things sorted out.”

I reported that something had not been delivered on the day it should have been when I called and explained it stated online that it had been. From what you have posted in your review this will already have been passed to our Track & Trace team for investigation and we can assist to ensure that this is dealt with as swiftly as possible.

With regards to our phone lines we do advise that calls made from BT landlines should cost no more than 5p per minute. Charges will vary for calls made via other service providers.

Don't open a catalogue account with Littlewoods. I HAD a VERY account and I HAVE a Littlewoods account. I closed the VERY account when it was compromisedand someone ordered nearly £800 in my name. Littlewoods are absolute scam artists. I ordered an item from them that cost nearly 200euro and I ordered it by my bank card. They took the money from my bank account but never sent me out my item. When I phoned them about it they told me the bank was holding my money because Littlewoods needed authorisation from me. These people will accept just about anyone, I wasn't even 18 before I had and account, and my brother too. The give you little limits but once you get going they are soon raised, mine was £250 when began and 3 years later its not £1400 and keeps rising. Their rewards are good too, you can get up to 10% back on every payment you make, allowing you to spending on anything in their online store.
