“LITTLEWOODS HORRIBLE SERVICE”

THIS PEOPLE ARE JUST RUBBISH.. WE ORDERED A TV UNIT FROM LITTLEWOODS ON 2JULY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVERY BY 12JULY. WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE TV UNIT. “Too many Chiefs not enough Indians!!!”

“Same as 'Very' but Littlewoods is MUCH more expensive!”

Our buyers do work hard to get the best prices for our products to reflect the payment terms that we offer. For example, we allow customers to spread the cost of their goods over 20/52 weeks and this is interest free.

“They took away my rewards!!!”

I shopped with Littlewoods catalogue for 30 years. I NEVER missed a payment in all that time. For the past 3 years I have not cashed in any of my earned rewards (Used to be called commision) I have been saving them up for something useful. The scheme changed a while back and I received a letter stating to keep my rewards I had to purchase at lease 1 item from each seasons catalogue. Hi Galadriel2x,

In order to keep your rewards you must place an order in every season, if you fail to do this then you will lose your rewards as per Terms and Conditions.

We do send reminder letters/emails and when you log onto to www.littlewoods.com there is a countdown at least 30 days before the end of the season advising customers to place their orders in order to keep their rewards and their reward tier status.

This is also outlined in your T&C's. If there is anything else you would like us to look into then please email us at Help@Littlewoods.co.uk.

I ordered a TV over the phone with Littlewoods on 05/07/12 was told it will de delivered on Tues. After checking my account I see it was rejected but no one called to advise this. When speaking with them again I was told **if you dont like it you can shop elsewhere!!** The advisor told me their sister company Very is selling the same TV for £350 where Littlewoods is selling it for £750!! “3 Failed Delivery Dates!”

Ordered a car bed for my 2 year old at the end of May, waited a week or so then told delivery was to be expected by 19th June. The day came and went with no phonecall or email. “Shame you have to give them at least one star!”

Bought a couple of jumpers a few weeks ago in different sizes as sometimes their sizes are hit and miss, none of them fitted so I returned them yet according to my statement I'm still being charged for them! The guy on the phone told me that my direct debit would go back to £22.50 but yet I've been charged £36.60, I think the company is a load of s**t to be pretty honest, not a happy bunny, if I'm not going to get refunded then I'm somly going to refuse to pay! Any returned items can take up to 14 days to be credited back onto your account. (This can extend to 21 days for electrical items to allow time for inspections)
Unfortunately this can mean that your statement is produced before the items have been credited from your account. We can provide a revised minimum payment once the credit has been applied to your account and also adjust any Direct Debit payments as long as the request is made up to 10 days before the payment date. “Awful! full of "one off" mistakes”

2 plus points- 1.fast delivery 2.weekly payments good HOWEVER.. I bought lots of clothes but only kept four items including a pair of shoes costing 60.00 (not cheap) I wore them for an hour outdoors and when i got home i was horrified to find that the soles were so thin that stones were stuck in them and had made small holes in the rubber.Forgive me but if you cant wear shoes outside then they should be called "slippers".. so I sent them back explaining what had happened. fast… Read Full Review

have been using littlewoods for 14 yrs and in the last two years it has gone downhill majorly. today found out the rewards system has changed and you no longer get rwards on reduced items. no notice of the change was given either :( . Faulty items, they tell you to pay for a private inspector to see if the fault is abuse from you or a genuine fault before they replace, so obviously you are not going to pay out an extreme amount of money to have a private inspector look at your goods!!! totally bloody agree i ordered stuff off them on the 18th of june missed my delivered so payed the deposit on monday should only take four days to deliver told wouldnt recieve order till the 8th of june which is when im going on hols and the reason i ordered of littlewoods for hols was ten told today diff story that my order was not sent.. was giving a number to ring tat dosent ring.. i have never experinced such bad customer service before

“terrible customer service !”

With electrical items that are faulty we usually advise to contact the manufacturers helpline who can diagnose the fault and hopefully provide a solution - they normally would send an engineer to view the machine and produce a report of the fault.

Once we have recevied a cancellation request then we will cancel this order and once the cancellation has been accepted then we cannot reverse this. You would then need to re-order the item.

We are only allocated a certain amount of stock for items and once an item has been removed from our website, this usually means that the item is out of stock and we do not know when we are due to get it back in.

Some returns take longer than others as they have to go through an inspection process and depoending on the method of return, this also does vary.

As long as you keep a hold of your proof of return then we would be able to track it if it doesn't automatically get refunded.
