I only ever buy clothes in their sales, never, ever buy electricals or furniture - expensive, overpriced and the 'customer service' does not exist! Hi Dave,

Thank you for your reply. Do you really think I haven't contacted your team? What do you think this review is about?

This is not about a single bad experience but rather several over a long period of time.

I stand by my comments - I trust the labels of the clothes I buy, I trust that they will not develop defects a few weeks down the line. I do not trust those who supply your furniture and experience tells me that when problems do arise your team will do nothing to help.

As stated before - buy clothes aplenty (only well known labels though) DO NOT buy furniture or expect any aftercare "service'!

“Thieves and Incompetent ”

Going to cut a really long story short, I ordered an item that was never delivered (but the 'delivery' company Yodel claimed that it was!) I was subjected to abuse from a Yodel driver, spent nearly £40 in phone calls trying to sort the issue out, phoned every few days over a period of 2 months and each time I was fobbed off by another department/invesigation team who qiote frankly were useless. The response from littlewoods below is precisely why they are imcompetent!

If you read my post you would see that I have been in constant contract with differing people at Littlewoods (including on the mail address you provided) I have sent numerous emails to that mail address and have received responses that were poor and have fobbed me off. It's the 'help' @littlewoods that told me that my sigature was the one that matched the docket. So no thanks I'll be taking this to court!

“DO NOT USE THIS CATALOGUE”

Im telling all you guys out there do not use this catalogue. There Customer Service staff are not only rubbish and have no idear what they are talking about but they are rude and unhelpful. I opened account with them last november order good on buy now pay next year and kept getting statments through saying I owed money it took me 6 months to sort that bit of the problem out. “Ordered Thrice over 1 month ago, no delivery as yet”

I have been trying to get the same item delivered to me for 6 weeks. The first order was cancelled at the depot without any notice. No contact from the delivery driver was ever made before or after the scheduled delivery date. The second order has yet to be delivered with the reason given as "Unable to deliver unable to locate property". We do ask our customers to contact the manufacturers helpline for any faulty electrical items as they can then provide technical advice and assistance and will advise whether we need to arrange a repair, replacement or a return of the faulty item.

“Too many Chiefs not enough Indians!!!”

“They took away my rewards!!!”

I shopped with Littlewoods catalogue for 30 years. I NEVER missed a payment in all that time. For the past 3 years I have not cashed in any of my earned rewards (Used to be called commision) I have been saving them up for something useful. The scheme changed a while back and I received a letter stating to keep my rewards I had to purchase at lease 1 item from each seasons catalogue. In order to keep your rewards you must place an order in every season, if you fail to do this then you will lose your rewards as per Terms and Conditions.

We do send reminder letters/emails and when you log onto to www.littlewoods.com there is a countdown at least 30 days before the end of the season advising customers to place their orders in order to keep their rewards and their reward tier status.

When speaking with them again I was told **if you dont like it you can shop elsewhere!!** The advisor told me their sister company Very is selling the same TV for £350 where Littlewoods is selling it for £750!! “3 Failed Delivery Dates!”

Ordered a car bed for my 2 year old at the end of May, waited a week or so then told delivery was to be expected by 19th June. The day came and went with no phonecall or email. “Shame you have to give them at least one star!”

Bought a couple of jumpers a few weeks ago in different sizes as sometimes their sizes are hit and miss, none of them fitted so I returned them yet according to my statement I'm still being charged for them! The guy on the phone told me that my direct debit would go back to £22.50 but yet I've been charged £36.60, I think the company is a load of s**t to be pretty honest, not a happy bunny, if I'm not going to get refunded then I'm somly going to refuse to pay! Any returned items can take up to 14 days to be credited back onto your account. (This can extend to 21 days for electrical items to allow time for inspections)
Unfortunately this can mean that your statement is produced before the items have been credited from your account. We can provide a revised minimum payment once the credit has been applied to your account and also adjust any Direct Debit payments as long as the request is made up to 10 days before the payment date.
