The Hyatt Regency Hotel is beautifully laid out, with many relaxing options. five pools and the beach to choose from the hotel never felt crowded, even at full occupancy.
The snorkelling from the end of the jetty is the very best in the world. superb! breath-taking!
Our accommodation was excellent. our rooms were huge, with fabulous bathrooms, Egyptian style domed ceiling and magnificent views across the beach, red sea and mountains beyond.
The base cost of our holiday, taken with Longwood, was… Read Full Review

“Hyatt Regency Hotel: ”

Written on: 06/07/2004 by pinkybanks (1 review written)

Hyatt Regency Hotel:
We travelled for a two week stay between 16 Jun 04 - 1 Jul 04 (Longwood Holidays). The flight was more than comfortable and the food was above my expectations. We were previously advised that the flight had no entertainment and took about 5 hours on an Easy Jet style 737. The massive hotel complex is magnificent, well cared for, and most defiantly 5star. The beach is man made and was a little disappointing (in that it wasn't soft and golden like you may have expected), but… Read Full Review

Written on: 29/04/2004 by jeffsainsbury (1 review written)

The Hyatt Regency hotel has to be one of the best designed in the world. Every room has outstanding views. The total site is in excess of 40 acres and to walk around it's perimeter is 4.5km. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the evening buffets offer a wide range of food. The staff are very helpful. Prices are extremely good value (current exchange rate of 10 Egyptian pounds to 1 British pound)… Read Full Review

Taba, Hyatt Regency Hotel - A quite resort, but perfect for those looking to get away from it all. I was overwhelmed by the tranquillity of it all. You are able to sit on the beach and not get disturbed and with the weather reaching 90 degrees its a perfect little haven. We did a few tours with Longwood Holidays which were well-organised and value for money. A great place to stay for rest and relaxation and if you want to go sightseeing. We even visited 2 other countries whilst we were… Read Full Review
