    This is a Christmas present for my grandaughter, I was very impressed with the price & speed of delivery - WILL RECOMMEND YOUR SITE TO FRIENDS & FAMILY - VERY IMPRESSED!

    Even thought the product came from France, it arrived at the UK on time. The product was exactely as expected and as described on the website. Very safe and trustwordy site to do business with.     Very very disappointing service. Expected prompt delivery of Acer laptop but instead asked to validate details a few days later. Strange because I'd passed paypal clearance. Really difficult to get through to office. Promised despatch following day. Then got further email re need to validate. ...

    Web site has obvious fault when trying to order an extended guarantee. This took 3 phone calls and an e-mail to sort out.
    I still have not heard anything about the extended guarantee that I have paid for.

    Well designed website, and it was pretty easy to order, got all the emails and confirmations that's you'd expect. They even sent me a text telling me which 4 hour slot my dishwasher would be delivered.

    Unfortunate that lorry broke down but would not fault original delivery timetable nor attitude of delivery staff. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family
