“I paid, they pretented to do something and that is it ”

I bought a PC memory. It was supposed to arrive in maximum 7 days. They never produced a tracking number as advertised. One month later, no product. I canceled the order and asked for my money. 6 month later no money. I receive time to time some messages, saying that in short the money will come to my account or that they are trying to contact the department, or that they don´t know what happen. The new messages are not related to the old ones, do not follow the process, are just convenient lies, trying to calm me down so I may renounce the claim. They even close down the request I did on the site, it was classified "Solved". The new request received the same answers. There is no real way to get in touch with them without spending money. The most common answer is: We don´t know what happen. I know what happen. You kept my money and wait for me to give up. Cannot trust this company.

“No customer service”

There is no customer service - regardless what they say online! No telephone numbers that work. No e-mails get answered. My Pixmania account vanished (???) and I was left unable to track back the order details. I am now stranded with an expensive faulty printer and no chance of returning it.

“Terrible”

Bought a phone on their website as a gift for Xmas. they have promised that the product will be delivered within 7 days. 9 days later and they didn't bother to dispatch it yet. I've contacted them on the 6th day from the purchase day kindly asking for refund since item hasn't got even shipped, but got no reply and they just keep ignoring my emails. Eventually I've had to go to Paypal to get my money back. Never again!!! My advice would be not to buy there at all! I have tried to save few pounds (£30 over Amazon) and ended up freezing money for a month. Thank god I have paid through PayPal otherwise wouldn't have money or a phone. Buy it elsewhere.

“Such poor delivery and customer service.”

I ordered the tv and as per the site expected 3 to 5 days delivery. I had no contact from them or the courier for 8 days the unit arrived finally by a courier that was different to the one they had given me details for which had such poor tracking info that I never knew where it was until an entirely different courier eventually delivered. When I mailed them to complain I got a febble justification stating that they had delivered to the courier within the '3 to 5' days so that met their part of the deal. Abosolutely no apology or any sign that they we at fault. Tricky slippery lot who I would not use again and recommend that you don't either as the saving was minor.

“Poor customer service/ innaccurate delivery information”

Product delivery meant to be 5 days - still waiting after 15days! Company took no interest! 3rd party company had run out so had it sent direct from factory in hong kong! Not good enough as said in stock!

“Avoid Pixmania terrible company”

Ordered a Nokia 925 on 23 July 2015. They said there was 5 in stock. waited 2 days and had heard nothing, they took my money straight away on day I ordered. contacted them after 3 days to be told they didnt have the black phone but had they grey phone instead so said ok i'd have the grey phone. they said would be with me in 2 days, and put dispatched on info on website. it is now 14 days later and nothing. I have put it into paypal as a claim as they just dont contact you or reply to email. they have replied once to the paypal dispute saying they are looking into it. now their website says 'partly dispatched' and mentions a tracking number which doesnt exist. Its a terrible company, they lie, contradict themselves and are just the wprst company to get through too. If you read this review, do yourself a favour and avoid them like a plague, you would get better customer care off the local car boot!!! if i could have left 0 feedback I would have but it doesnt allow this, 1 is being VERY generous.

“Great customer service and fantastic prices on TV ”

I bought Philips 7900 series. 49" UHD 3d tv from pixmania on Thursday TV arrived on Saturday but due to parcelfrce not delivering on Saturday I had to wait till Monday. After reading comments about pixmania I was a bit concerned about my order but didn't have to be at all. I messaged pixmania on Friday to ask about tracking number and they replied after 10 mins advising me that the tracking number will be shown under my order in my pixmania account after 24h of purchase. So it was. TV is working perfectly fine and I saved myself about 150. I am aware that this TV came from France so build to French specifications therefore some features may not work properly but this TV is connected to the sky box bluray player and Xbox and everything works absolutely fine. I'm delighted with the purchase and very happy with the service I received. Would buy again and definitely recommend

“Disgusting company - AVOID!”

Horrible company - Paid for express delivery 24-48 hour delivery. This was 4-5 days ago, still waiting to receive it. Called up multiple times and very difficult to actually talk to the company. Sent emails each day too. I finally managed to speak to someone and they tell me that I just have to wait? They do not know where my order is. I explained ok - Well i require a refund for my delivery since I paid for a fast service that has not been supplied. The lady on the phone explained to me that she was aware I would not receive the order in time and I have to just wait for it to arrive. I asked to speak to the manage as I should never have been sold express delivery if they knew they could not supply that service. She refused to put me through to her manager. Told me there is nothing else that she can do. I continuously asked to be put through to someone else and refused this right everytime. I am at a loss with the company as a whole as I can not actually get proper customer service or support to resolve the issue. You have to just sit and wait? I am now looking at the best authorities to contact to get support on dealing with the business. AVOID this company!

“one star is generous for this company...”

I bought 2 LG Smart TV's (47") from them on one of their specials. Firstly it took a while for delivery, but for the cost it was worth the wait. the one TV is working perfectly, the 2nd one doesn't work anymore. I have contacted customer services, they contacted back - but contact has now stalled. No replies, nothing for about a month. The telephone numbers don't work, I've tried Facebook contact too. They have gone silent... I think they are waiting for my warranty to be out of date. Anyone have any advice on how to get in touch with a consumer group to investigate them? They should be shut down based on internet searches...

All we request is that you provide the serial number and then a return coupon is issued along with a free collection label. There is absolutely no way that our staff are waiting for your warranty to run out. As soon as you reported the problem a record would have been created, so if it was reported within the warranty we will look after the problem, even if the warranty runs out between the time of reporting and the time of return. “It takes forever”

I really don´t know what happened here. No updates at all. I ordered samsung galaxy s4 last Saturday and paid for an express delivery that promised to be sent 2 days (guaranteed!!!). And it´s already Thursday, it´s almost 1 week, and not even receiving any updates from you!!! Would you please update and fulfill your promises. “Avoid this store”

Like many others have discovered this is one of the worst places to shop. Received an item that was faulty and requested a replacement. Then had to go through a long winded procedure of awaiting collection of the item, then it being sent to France for testing, waiting several more days before they acknowledged receipt and then to be told that they could not replace as they did not have any stock. The item was in stock when I requested a replacement but they did not reserve on and following their long return procedure meant it was gone. They failed to offer any compensation for the useless service. Avoid this very poor retailer.

Thank you for your feedback. I must apologise for the service that you received. Although it is Pixmania procedure to await the faulty item back before dispatching a replacement, an exception could have been made for you in a case like this where the stock levels are low. Pixmanias warehouse is automated so it is not possible to reserve an item, it would just have to be resent. I feel that if our customer service agent had of noticed the stock level then they would have taken a different course of action. Pixmania do not generally offer compensation for faulty items as the fault is something that is likely inherent in the item since it left the assembly line; However, if you wish to send me your order number I will look at the circumstances again and see if there is there is compensation which can be offered.
Once again I thoroughly apologise for this situation and for any inconvenience that it has caused to you.

The refund process is not as straight forward as Amazon when dealing with third party sellers. I should not have to send multiple requests to both pixmania and the third party seller to get it sorted. And the third party seller was quite rude and did not agree to refund my purchase until I escalated the dispute.

After refund of the purchase, I contacted the third party seller for refund of return postage, and it was refused.

“No order just want your cash!”

Wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering from this awful company, I just assumed that a well known name would be a good place to order from how wrong was I? I ordered a Samsung sound bar and paid immediately via paypal, they have taken the money as this is shown as complete however have failed to send me any confirmation of my order and this is where the problems have begun. I am unable to get through the awful automated call system as I don't have a valid order number.....errrrrr that's because you haven't sent me one! I also can no longer log into my account as apparently that doesn't exist either! Neither can I send in a email as this also requires the allusive order number/email address that I don't seem to have! So Pixmania have taken money from my account happily and have failed to provide anything else! I have now taken steps through pay-pal to reclaim my money. Stay well away.

It is usually down to the fact that the customer has made a typo in their e-mail when registering their account therefore when you attempt to log in with your correct e-mail address the system does not recognise it. This also accounts for you not receiving any updates as they are being sent to a nonexistant e-mail account. Please contact me and I will send you all your order details and amend your e-mail to your correct address. If this is not the case, please contact me anyway as I would like to look into the matter to find out what has happened.

“Take the money immediately for non-existent stock”

It looks like this company use the practice of advertising at low prices but fail to provide the goods - In other words they keep your money and gain interest on your hard earned cash. I ordered a graphics tablet from this company costing £560 (Sunday) - listed as in stock and paid a delivery fee 2-3 days guaranteed. On the 3rd day (Tuesday) I telephoned them to enquire when it would be delivered as I hadnt received a despatch notice but the money had been taken from my account (Customer service call Costs 5p per min). I was told that there was a stock issue with my item but that had been resolved, it was now in stock and that it would be despatched that day, I wasnt happy as If I would have known it was out of stock I would have ordered elsewhere, I wanted it for a birthday pressie that week - but they refunded me delivery costs (£6.90) as a good will gesture AND assured me the item was on its way. I was told that the item would be with me by Saturday at the VERY latest. Low and behold, it didn't arrive. I rang them again this morning, they informed me that my goods hadn't been despatched because of a "technical issue" with my payment - this left my bank account over a week ago - and no one bothered to call me to inform me of this so called "issue" nor was informed of this last week when I called. They are obviously gaining interest on your hard-earned money but not supplying the goods advertised. God knows how long I will have to wait to get back my money. I will be reporting them to the French Government Trades people. Dont be taken in by cheaper prices on their .co.uk website. Avoid like the plague!!!! Just not worth the hassle.

“damaged tv 4 weeks now not solved”

We ordered a tv on line, it arrived damaged, we sent photos emails and have been asking for some resolution but none, still no outcome, we want our money back and them to take away the damaged TV which was 500 euro.... Dreadful customer service, a few standard replies but nothing has been solved...Impossible to get in touch with .. no phone number and have asked them to call us but no avail.
