    I signed up to www.zen.co.uk, mainly because of the reason they excepted Solo, and there Terms&conditions didn't have restriction to sign up of the users age. Whereas with BT or AOL, you must be 18yrs old I was 17 at the time I signed upto Zen.

    ZEN Internet provide great value for money on regular web browsing, e-mail etc and fast. However, online gaming access can often be a little hit and miss with respect to "Connections Lost".     Zen has been very unhelpful. Zen cancelled my order without my authorisation, then instead of processing my order insisted that I take a refund and then re-order!

    I was switching to them to get away from people Tiscali but it seems Zen is just as bad.

    Zen's ADSL service has been great from the day it was ordered. The notification and activation period was very short, in fact shorter, than they said it would be and I was notified all the way.     Zen Internet may not be the cheapest ISP on the market but they did manage to resolve the issues I had with my line in record time. Customer services staff friendly and efficient.

    My local exchange was due to be upgraded to ADSL on the 16th April. I applied with Zen as I had heard that they were good, for my ADSL service. I took the basic package, with free activation and £28 per month after that, and decided to buy my own hardware.
