Fast and consistent. If you ever have to speak to customer service you speak to a techie that knows his stuff and not a customer services on the other side of the world. Zen are the way to go.
They should introduce another band as 2GB is never enough but 20 is too much for me.

Excessive charges for technical help while on phone in my opinion, as far as I am concerned they have taken money out of my account when I was not aware, and make you ring their finance department despite requesting they contact me as their error and unlawful ways... untrue opening hours re: sales, ...

Good consistent download speeds. Good communication via email of usage and payment of bills. Email forwarding works well and fast. Access to web based email and customer portal. Support has been excellent when required. Zen Broadband - Very positive.

As far as I am concerned Zen's UNIX boxes have had unbelievably bad reliability over an extended period - my logs show outages of over eight hours on at least twelve occasions in the last 10 months.
The only communications on this have been on their site, and very deeply hidden, masked behind fault ...

READ this, it might save you a lot of money!Our website is hosted by Zen. On Thursday the 21.02.08, there was a 3 hour outage for both website hosting and email. Emails go down and they cant do anything about it. Last time emails went down we could do nothing for 2 days. If you rely on emails then I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZEN! They were less than helpful on this matter.
