We have a business contract with Carphone Warehouse and one of the models of phones we have (Samsung E800) has been nothing but trouble, not helped by CPW's terrible customer service.

They don't answer the phone at the branch and wait for ages to be seen, for repairs you have to take the phone in ...

I cannot fault the service I recieved in the Carphone Warehouse. I got the new SE S700i, wow, what a phone! The guy was great, he explained all about the phone, showed photos and let me try it. Good price for such a quaility phone.
