Thorpe Park is great, and it has all that teenagers want. It has the thrill rides and the restaurants. We got up early to arrive at Thorpe Park in good time to ride the rides without the queues. We were the first in but found many of the minor (and most of the major rides) closed. We arrived at Thorpe Park pretty early about 11.15am and were immediately taken aback by the waiting times. I felt these were unacceptable. On Colossis we waited 1 hour to get on, and Tidal Wave nearly 90 minutes. This was far too long for children to wait, and a quarter of the time their was taken ...

The rides at Thorpe Park seemed to be geared primarily to children. Fine if you like tame rides or have youngsters but I would like to see more "death defying" rides.

The day at Thorpe Park was brilliant. We went on lots of rides and enjoyed our day. The main thing was there was not enough family oriantated rides. So younger children are sometimes waiting around.

This was the third time I'd been to Thorpe and definitely the best. It was interested watching it change its' themes from family-friendly park to water park to thrill park.
