Stay well clear of this company!!!!!!!!!!! I thought i was dealing with icelolly and ended up with details from this company.. I have booked a last minute holiday for myself, my partner and our baby. We have received an email giving us details of the hotel and transfers. No information on flights. My name has spelt wrongly and my partner and babys name are not even on any of the documents... “Awful- complain to ABTA”

Worst travel comapny ever! I applied through Teletext, got the usual additional transfers/baggage etc which is all normal, but booked onto the wrong hotel. This was then changed but was going to be £300 extra! Thought about it and agreed because we both wanted our holiday. however received nothing to confirm these details. Nada. I couldn't agree more. This company is a total disgrace. I booked my holiday with them and like so many others that i have since read about, i was quoted a price which i accepted and paid a deposit on. I then received a call saying that those flights weren't available and that the holiday would cost more. I complained and they offered me a room upgrade. During that conversation, the rep confirmed the balance i would need to pay. A few weeks later, i received a letter stating that i needed to pay the balance but the amount they were asking for was more than what i had been quoted at the time of booking the holiday. When i rang to question it, everyone was rude and very few of their staff spoke clear English. The matter is still being argued but i have since rung the hotel who have confirmed that no upgrade has been organised so clearly that was a blatant lie. When i checked the various confirmations they sent me, i have also noticed that the transfer from the hotel to the airport on our way home, is booked for the wrong month so presumably no one would be booked to pick us up. Jetline are a joke and i would avoid them like the plague. This mattter is still unresolved but i will not be standing for any of their rubblish. someone needs to take action against this company as so many of the comments on the internet reflect the fact that they seem to regularly quote one price then try to charge more and do not tell the truth. Please do not use them!!

This is exactly what happened to us. They have put through a higher amount than was authorised them to & seems nothing can be done about it. Non existent customer service. Rude unhelpful staff. Will be contacting trading standards/ABTA

Just returned from a Caribbean cruise with Celebrity and 3 nights in New York (in two excellent hotels, Jetline recommendation). When I booked, Jetline price could not be beaten. All the advice given by agent Quinton about NY was accurate & helpful. I was anxious having booked and then reading some poor reviews but everything turned out well and we had a great time. Many thanks to everyone who has written a review on this site. I think you have just saved me a lot of money, time and hassle as I was considering booking a holiday with this company. I will no longer consider Jetline for my holiday requirements. I must say, I had my doubts after speaking to one of their operators today and warning bells started to ring. “Two back to back cruises”

We booked a cruise through the Panama starting in Fort Lauderdale and finishing in LA and then staying a night in LA and cruising to Hawaii, flying back to London from LA. Jetline were extremely efficient and gave us airline locator numbers by return so we could book our seats which is a pleasant change to a lot of agents. We got BA direct flights both times. When we arrived at the airport in Gran Caneria we were told the hotel we had booked and paid for was over booked. We were transferred to another hotel.The hotel we booked was a 4 star, the hotel we finished up in was a 3 star and considerably cheaper than the hotel we had originally booked. “Jetlinetravel.com - shocking company, complete scammers!”

found a cheap holiday through teletext, ok,I know there are extra for luggage etc on top, and we asked about this, but were happy with the price. This company are awful. I booked a 'last minute' holiday in July/August '11 and Jetline firstly booked it with Dream Holidays, within a day they went bust. Surely they have market researchers/analysts that could have forecasted this, clearly not. We forked out over 1k and then had to rebook and spend more than the first time, approx £400 more even though they booked the flights/accomodation/transfers directly rather than through another agency. Booked a cruise on Celebrity Equinox with Jetline. The lady in admin was very helpful, phoning me back on two occassions to save me hanging on. We got the cruise for a very good price. She arranged flights from Liverpool with Eazyjet which included 20kg luggage allowance. We hadn't travelled with a budget airline before but the flights were on time and ok for the short 2hr flight. I booked my holiday to Mexico back in June after seeing a Jetline holiday on the Teletext website. It was an Indian call centre. The price quoted very quickly as transfers, baggage allowance and flight meals were not included. This was OK - I decided to arrange transfers privately, pay extra for baggage and forego the meals (£30pp each way!) Recently booked a holiday with Jetline to Corfu which we went on in October. We didnt have same issues as some others listed here and if we had checked first we might have had second thoughts about booking it in the first place. We did have to pay extra for transfers and baggage on plane but I think this is the norm with most companies. After seeing an all inclusive holiday for sale with Jetline travel for £249 inc waterpark tickets we phoned to book, by the time they had added in booking fees, airport check in fees, luggage fees and flight change fees it had increased to £325 each but having compared that to other companies it was about the same but having the waterpark tickets gave them the edge so we booked having first mentioned it included the tickets. “Jetline Travel. Nightmare! Do Not Use!!”

Whole booking was a catalogue of disasters. After being told that the holiday I wanted was available and taking my credit card details I was told that an email confirmation would be sent.
