“Terrible Service”

I haven't even been on holiday with them yet, and I still think they are awful. Would love to cancel but cannot afford to lose ALL of my money. We are going to Crete in October and booked in January. After being overcharged a total of £30 on the holiday, my own fault!, I decided just grin and bear it. Then I rang them to see how much they would charge me if I changed the hotel. “Rhodes 2013 flight change”

“Awful Company to Deal With”

In July 2011 I responded to an advertisement by Jetline Cruise in the Saturday Mail for what they were to describe as their most exciting holiday. Fly to San Francisco, a stay in San Francisco, a train journey from San Francisco to Chicago on the "California Zephyr", a train Journey from Chicago to New York on the "48 Lake Shore", a stay in New York and a return to the UK on board the QM2. Wish I had read this they have changed a no fly holiday in which an east coast amtak would have been part of the holiday to a flight between fort lauderdale and new York
Booked holiday as it was no fly as I don't like planes and am still waiting for phone call back
Holiday has been booked for over a year after reading this I don't hold out much hope

The cheap holiday went up and up in price then there was a problem with the return flight so had to pay extra. and now with less than a week before we fly the hotel is fully booked. its a case of pay more for another hotel. or a partial refund or be moved from one hotel to another until we can get a room… Read Full Review

“Dreadful Experience ”

We tried this company last year - what shocking service we got, and, the price was cheap BUT with their extras suddenly added on, it was not in the end the best deal at all. We unfortunately had family members who also booked with them - tickets arrived late, name was wrong for my sister-in-law, no transfers provided when they arrived in resort - what a total shambles, and an apology would have been nice to hear, yes, they cocked up! “Worst fears Allayed!”

We booked with Jetline Cruises for the Azamara Quest Monaco Grand Prix cruise. We were a party of 8 and Derren handled all our booking details and we couldn't say we were disappointed with anything. All matters were managed correctly and when one of our party cancelled, they even managed to give a partial refund on the deposit. “The Jetline Travel truth!”

Booked with them last year and was really worried about everything after reading the reviews. Last year my e tickets wasn't sent I had to ring a few days before I was flying and get the tickets emailed which was a bit of a pain! But all in all the holiday was okay, hotel was as described and really enjoyed the location. “Do not book holidays with Jetline! Avoid!”

“holiday from hell”

I booked through icelolly .com rang booked holiday money taken out straight away holiday confirmed through email printed of voucher flew to malta with 76 year old mum for 4 night break in malta at the cardor complex stayed there many times ehen we arrived where told that there was no booking for us manager showed me email he had sent them hotel and app fully booked no one told me that they took r money but didnt have any where yo stay the manager of cardor spent 3 hrs trying to sort it out… Read Full Review

“rude after sales customer services”

when I phoned to ring to correct some errors jetline cruises made when taking my booking, I was told I may have to pay to correct them:( the woman I spoke to an advisor was so so very rude to me! I have made a written complaint. We found the Jetline travel company via iceloly.com website. Rang the number to book a week away int he sun. The price was reasonable , so we started to book it. We kept getting different people ringing us up to say that the flight we originally required had now gone up by £29 by Monarch (not the company them selves of course!) I, BOOKED A WEEK IN RHODES FOR THE 18TH OF MAY, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE NEXT DAY THAT THE 18TH WAS FULLY BOOKED, AND WOULD I GO ON THE 16TH WHICH I AGREED, WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER BUT INFACT IT WAS DEARER, I PAYED WITH MY DEBIT CARD THE FULL PRICE . Booked my holiday to turkey 10 months before going. I had emailed the hotel direct to see about a room with a balcony, i was told they didnt have a booked for my name/reference number. SAME HAPPENED TO ME!! JUT 2 WEEKS AGO.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEY TOOK OVER £300 OF OUR MONEY AND REFUSED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. My partner and i booked this so.called 4 star holiday in tossa de mar spain this was supposed to be all.inclusive and wasnt food wasnt available all day as it should be they hygienr was terrible the staffs attitude was terrible. BEFORE HOLIDAY

This is probably the worst travel agency i have ever come across.They can t even speak english properly but they know how to take your money and stress you.They are perfect con artists all they care is to stress you and take your money ,if you come across this agency from any holiday website i ll strongly advise you to stay away from them, They'll make your life horrible The best part is they ll give all kinda british names and their accent won't match their names. the trick is they ll call you just two days before your holiday and ll come up with a story that your flight is cancelled and ll ask to pay extra £100 each to go on the same holiday ,Please do not give any business to this con artist customer service is the one thing which doesn't exist with them and thats their least worry. ,STAY AWAY ,STAY AWAY .STAY AWAY
