“holiday from hell”

I booked through icelolly .com rang booked holiday money taken out straight away holiday confirmed through email printed of voucher flew to malta with 76 year old mum for 4 night break in malta at the cardor complex stayed there many times ehen we arrived where told that there was no booking for us manager showed me email he had sent them hotel and app fully booked no one told me that they took r money but didnt have any where yo stay the manager of cardor spent 3 hrs trying to sort it out… Read Full Review

“rude after sales customer services”

when I phoned to ring to correct some errors jetline cruises made when taking my booking, I was told I may have to pay to correct them:( the woman I spoke to an advisor was so so very rude to me! I have made a written complaint. We found the Jetline travel company via iceloly.com website. Rang the number to book a week away int he sun. The price was reasonable , so we started to book it. We kept getting different people ringing us up to say that the flight we originally required had now gone up by £29 by Monarch (not the company them selves of course!) I, BOOKED A WEEK IN RHODES FOR THE 18TH OF MAY, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE NEXT DAY THAT THE 18TH WAS FULLY BOOKED, AND WOULD I GO ON THE 16TH WHICH I AGREED, WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER BUT INFACT IT WAS DEARER, I PAYED WITH MY DEBIT CARD THE FULL PRICE . Booked my holiday to turkey 10 months before going. I had emailed the hotel direct to see about a room with a balcony, i was told they didnt have a booked for my name/reference number. “Conniving Rats”

My advice simple, steer clear well clear. Booked a holiday to Benidorm for myself and a friend after being quoted what seemed to be a good deal advertised on the Deals of the Day website. SAME HAPPENED TO ME!! JUT 2 WEEKS AGO.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEY TOOK OVER £300 OF OUR MONEY AND REFUSED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. THEY KEPT TRYING TO HIKE UP THE HOLIDAY COSTS AND WERE RDUE AND NASTY TO ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE DISTRESSING SITUATION. THEY ARE JUST SIMPLY AWFUL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! My partner and i booked this so.called 4 star holiday in tossa de mar spain this was supposed to be all.inclusive and wasnt food wasnt available all day as it should be they hygienr was terrible the staffs attitude was terrible. “MISLEADING COMPANY!!!”

This is probably the worst travel agency i have ever come across.They can t even speak english properly but they know how to take your money and stress you.They are perfect con artists all they care is to stress you and take your money ,if you come across this agency from any holiday website i ll strongly advise you to stay away from them, They'll make your life horrible The best part is they ll give all kinda british names and their accent won't match their names. the trick is they ll call you just two days before your holiday and ll come up with a story that your flight is cancelled and ll ask to pay extra £100 each to go on the same holiday ,Please do not give any business to this con artist customer service is the one thing which doesn't exist with them and thats their least worry. ,STAY AWAY ,STAY AWAY .STAY AWAY

I went on to travel zoo and found a holiday that said it was 5 star allocate on arrival for Tenerife North. I phoned the number on the website and got through to Jetline travel who gave me a price which I was happy with which was £870. He phoned back to say that he could not get us on the early morning flight but managed to get us on a later flight which would cost a further £36 per person so I said okay go with it price now up to £918. He went ahead a booked us on this flight. About a week later I got a message on my phone that we were booked into the Blue Sea Puerto Resort in Puerto De La Cruz. When I went online to look at this hotel every site I looked at online this hotel was a 4 star hotel. I phoned back was told by one of the Jetline operators that this was a 5 star resort on lowcostbeds (a very rude woman who just kept say 5 star hotel 5 star hotel and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Went on to lowcostbeds website and was a 5 star hotel on this site and then realised that as Jetline goes with lowcostbeds and was a 5 star on this website Jetline classed this as a 5 star, on the plaque outside the hotel was 4 star. I feel really strongly that I was misled as this in the only site (lowcostbeds) that has this particular hotel as a 5 star every other one I look at it was a 4 star. I had looked at this hotel online and the quote came to £200 cheaper which I was not happy at.

I thought just put it down to experience and never book again through Travel Zoo or Jetline travel again until I phoned Jetline to get a quote for transfers from Airport to Hotel. He first quoted me £65 per person but I had already looked online for this and could get it from Travel Republic for £59 for 2 people. I told the operator from Jetline travel and he asked me to hold and he would check with his supervisor if he could give me it for £59. He then came back and said he could give me it for £59 per person I told him I could get it online for £59 for 2 people and he was not happy and virtually just cut me off. So much for customer service.

This is this most dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately I did not look up any reviews before booking my holiday with them, and was subjected to what appears to be their standard deceitful sales process. I was advised that in addition to the price for the holiday shown on the website, I would need to pay: 1. A fee for using a debit or credit card 2. Had exactly the msame experience!! Lies!1 And told the holiday was not available on those dates and was made to pay more!! Scam!!!! Again when challeneged told me verything was processed and they did not do refunds! Even after finding it on another site with exact dates!! Then the joke of tax here check in cost there!! I am not filled with confidence to say the least!!

We had exactly the same experience! Booked end of July, to go 10days later to Fuerteventura( 5 of us). Price advertised on Ice Lolly , was no longer valid for Liverpool departures.Manchester more expensive, so they suggested Glasgow (only slightly more expensive). Finally decided to book it-flights with Thomas Cook & 20kg allowance-adviser took payment & said would phone back in 5mins with confirmation of booking. He phoned back to say booked the hotel but the price of flights had gone up -only 2 available at the price quoted ! But we could go from Edinburgh for the original price. Felt 'trapped' so agreed. When flight confirmation came thru' (later that day)it was with RyanAir & 15kg allowance - he forgot to mention this!!! The hotel confirmation didnt come thru' for nearly another week! When we got to Fuerteventura, the transfers hadn't been booked for our arrival date - they'd been booked for the following month! However we did have a great holiday & this week have finally got a refund for transfer! My sister-in-law booked at the same time with them & had numerous problems with names on tickets -& trouble trying to contact the call centre to sort it out -spent nearly a full day on the phone & then they didnt contact RyanAir to change the name,she phoned to check! No I wouldn't use them again.

“Good Value”

We went with Jetline to America last year. We had three days in New York, then took the Amtrak down to New Orleans for another three days. We then sailed to the Bahamas for a week. This was one of the best holidays we have ever had, and could not fault Jetline one little bit. We booked over the phone, everything was explained and arranged.
