“Rubbish scammers”

“Holiday to crete ”

I am due to travel to crete on the 12 sept. so far no travel accommodation vouchers have arrived. I can not get through to admin and keep being given telephone numbers with no one at the other end. “Not so Deal of the Day”

We booked a holiday last night, just for a week to Egypt, Deal of the day were cheapest, quoted £914 for 2, then when he gave us flight times, it was only 6 days. He then changed flights to 7 days, total went up to £988, I paid on my credit card and they said call you back in 15 mins with confirmation code. This company totally mislead and lie we originally saw a holiday at Christmas with them to Portugal with 14 people, after booking and paying the deposits they put the price up and after 2weeks of stress and arguing with them we have decided to try and get our money back with our credit card company! DO NOT USE JETLINE TRAVEL! I have booked my holiday with them and am due to go on wednesday and in all honesty I think the holiday will be great but my experience with Jetline has been awful. There have been a string of problems but most notably they have charged me for transfers which I didn't ask for, want or agree to and are now refusing to cancel them or refund me any money. “Biggest Charlatans. AVOID THEM”

Booked a holiday to Turkey through them for September. Their advert clearly depicted a Selge Beach Resort in Side. Whilst booking price of the holiday shot up by £36 per person due to sudden demand! Bit the bullet and booked as it was for our 15th anniversary. An hour later confirmation arrived and much to our surprise the hotel had changed name to Selge Hotel, bang in the centre of town rather than the beach and 13 miles away from original hotel we thought we booked into. “Bad company”

Would give 0 stars if could. Price originally advertised at £326 through deal of the day holidays eventually after all add ons worked out to be £420 each. Booked to go to westin in Malta, then about 3 weeks ago they wanted to change my booking to inferior hotel which I declined. After 3 weeks of speaking to useless advisor, team manager finally rang me back and agreed to refund hotel and transfer. Would not agree to refund flights. We booked on a cruise through jetline, the cruise was fantastic, but nothing to do with jetline, our problem was that we were to be picked up for transfer to airport to go home at 6 am, for. 40 minute transfer for a flight at 21:15 (pm) Booked 10 months before travel, plenty of flights available, but jetline were unhelpful and rude. The manager actually said well some people like to spend time at the airport , I said what 13 hours. We ended up buying completely new flights ,and being out of pocket. I hope others read this before booking

“Terrible Service”

I haven't even been on holiday with them yet, and I still think they are awful. Would love to cancel but cannot afford to lose ALL of my money. We are going to Crete in October and booked in January. After being overcharged a total of £30 on the holiday, my own fault!, I decided just grin and bear it. Then I rang them to see how much they would charge me if I changed the hotel. “Rhodes 2013 flight change”

“Awful Company to Deal With”

In July 2011 I responded to an advertisement by Jetline Cruise in the Saturday Mail for what they were to describe as their most exciting holiday. Wish I had read this they have changed a no fly holiday in which an east coast amtak would have been part of the holiday to a flight between fort lauderdale and new York
Booked holiday as it was no fly as I don't like planes and am still waiting for phone call back
Holiday has been booked for over a year after reading this I don't hold out much hope

“Dreadful Experience ”

We tried this company last year - what shocking service we got, and, the price was cheap BUT with their extras suddenly added on, it was not in the end the best deal at all. We unfortunately had family members who also booked with them - tickets arrived late, name was wrong for my sister-in-law, no transfers provided when they arrived in resort - what a total shambles, and an apology would have been nice to hear, yes, they cocked up! “Worst fears Allayed!”

We booked with Jetline Cruises for the Azamara Quest Monaco Grand Prix cruise. We were a party of 8 and Derren handled all our booking details and we couldn't say we were disappointed with anything. All matters were managed correctly and when one of our party cancelled, they even managed to give a partial refund on the deposit. “The Jetline Travel truth!”

Booked with them last year and was really worried about everything after reading the reviews. Last year my e tickets wasn't sent I had to ring a few days before I was flying and get the tickets emailed which was a bit of a pain! But all in all the holiday was okay, hotel was as described and really enjoyed the location. “holiday from hell”

I booked through icelolly .com rang booked holiday money taken out straight away holiday confirmed through email printed of voucher flew to malta with 76 year old mum for 4 night break in malta at the cardor complex stayed there many times ehen we arrived where told that there was no booking for us manager showed me email he had sent them hotel and app fully booked no one told me that they took r money but didnt have any where yo stay the manager of cardor spent 3 hrs trying to sort it out… Read Full Review

“rude after sales customer services”

when I phoned to ring to correct some errors jetline cruises made when taking my booking, I was told I may have to pay to correct them:( the woman I spoke to an advisor was so so very rude to me! I have made a written complaint. We found the Jetline travel company via iceloly.com website. Rang the number to book a week away int he sun. The price was reasonable , so we started to book it. We kept getting different people ringing us up to say that the flight we originally required had now gone up by £29 by Monarch (not the company them selves of course!)
