Excellent value for money. Specially the red sea holidays fantastic prices and really good hotels. We would surely use them again for our December holidays. Delay in the customer service they need to look upon. But I think its the same anywhere these days. I must say the agents do take care to listen to you and find a perfect solution. I would never use Jetline travel again, and would advise anyone thinking of booking a holiday to go elsewhere. The customer service is very poor. I booked a 2 week stay in Antigua to find I have been allocated a substandard room with no air-conditioning, TV or bath!
Jet line didn't explain this at the time of booking, and when I finally did get hold of them, after making several calls which I never got a return to and then refused to change it.

We had a good experience with Jetline. We have booked with them before and we did notice that the service was maybe not as great as previously but we got a great price and the overall experience was more than acceptable. I guess as with any company there are good and bad days.

We booked a holiday in January and travelled to Red Sea Sharm in April with Jetline. We have used them before. Noticed that the booking process was not as smooth but overall everything was acceptable. Holiday was excellent and we had no problems at all. Made a booking on their website www.jetlinetravel.com for a holiday in Sharm el Sheikh at the Sharm Holiday Resort. Price was much cheaper than anyone else we tried and we were able to get free transfers as well. Received email confirmation immediately.

Booked all inclusive in Sharm el Sheikh, asked to confirm that we'll be able to use any restaurant or bar, agent confirmed 3 times and promised to email confirmation. Had to chase the email, after 5 phone calls and 3 mails - never got reply - got really cross and had to argue with the agent to give my email address. used this company in 2006 and they were superb. Tried to book a similar one and was quoted £1000 more than the last one and simply told if I could not get it cheaper , ...get me half a dozen as well....I asked for the quote to be emailed but nothing arrived. I had no callback, so I chased them up and just could not get any sense at all. They told me day before I left that the hotel was overbooked and had to arrange another...by that point there was VERY limited availabilitiy and ended up on the other side or Majorca. I had to fork out the extra £130 to stay in another hotel as they said I couldn't cancel as they had already booked the fights! I recently travelled with Jetline and had wonderful holiday. I don't normally leave feedback but it seems only fair to be appreciative, especially as the majority of people who leave feedback on these sort of sites are negative ones.
I went to Spain and paid far less than expected and got everything I asked for. I'm sure this company arranges lots of holidays so may have the odd issue but personally I have nothing but praise. Will definitely try them when we're next arranging a holiday.

Jetline Travel offered a good base package price, but then pre-sold me a tour upgrade for £140 that was available locally on the holiday for only £56. But even worse, Jetline Travel didn't implement my upgrade, they didn't advise the local tour operator about my tour upgrade and so I had to also pay the £56 local fee to actually get my tour upgrade.
