used this company in 2006 and they were superb. Tried to book a similar one and was quoted £1000 more than the last one and simply told if I could not get it cheaper , ...get me half a dozen as well....I asked for the quote to be emailed but nothing arrived. I had no callback, so I chased them up and just could not get any sense at all. I tried to book a holiday through Jetline Travel's website and got as far as putting in my card details. This came back as unauthorised although I knew that there was money in my account. Found out from my bank later that money had been taken although Jetline Travel had told jme there was no record. When I called I got nowhere (told it wasn't the company but the computer??????) They told me day before I left that the hotel was overbooked and had to arrange another...by that point there was VERY limited availabilitiy and ended up on the other side or Majorca. I had to fork out the extra £130 to stay in another hotel as they said I couldn't cancel as they had already booked the fights! Resort Hoppa is the exchange they used once we arrived at Palma airport. We booked a holiday for our family (2 adults and 2 children) with Jetline to Turkey. We stayed 5* All Inclusive in Marmaris. We went on 5th July and for the whole family, for seven nights, we paid £850 in total. we had spent days calling around for prices and then found www.jetlinetravel.com and booked it online. We had no problems and the holiday was excellent. We would strongly recommend them to friends.

I recently travelled with Jetline and had wonderful holiday. I don't normally leave feedback but it seems only fair to be appreciative, especially as the majority of people who leave feedback on these sort of sites are negative ones.

I went to Spain and paid far less than expected and got everything I asked for. I'm sure this company arranges lots of holidays so may have the odd issue but personally I have nothing but praise. Will definitely try them when we're next arranging a holiday.

Jetline Travel offered a good base package price, but then pre-sold me a tour upgrade for £140 that was available locally on the holiday for only £56. But even worse, Jetline Travel didn't implement my upgrade, they didn't advise the local tour operator about my tour upgrade and so I had to also pay the £56 local fee to actually get my tour upgrade. We recently booked a holiday with Jetline Travel to go to the Red Sea. We paid an unbelievably low price and to be honest I was worried that as it was so cheap that something was up but to our surprise, when we arrived at our hotel we found that in fact we had got a superior sea view room, we booked a standard. The hotel was spot on and we had a fantastic time.

If you think you pay low price please do check online and it will be even more cheaper. Believe me, staff are commission based so its not that cheap as you think.

I have booked my holidays over the phone through Jetline Travel. I paid with my card but they didn't send confirmation, as promised, by email. I called the booking centre twice and both times staff were very rude and unhelpful. Don't know yet if we are travelling and where from, so I can't book the airport parking yet. The worry of the cruise tickets, which we were were told would arrive about 10 days before leaving, arrived 2 days before. The supposed connecting flight was impossible to catch, as there was simply not enough time. We almost missed the cruise because of this. The hotel in Miami was way out, and it smelt bad. My booking with Jetline saved me over £100pp on other quotes that I had. We travelled to an all inclusive resort on the Costa Brava in Spain and paid less than £160pp in a named hotel! I am surprised by some of the reviews on the Review Centre website as we had no problems at all and this is the third time we've booked with Jetline. I shall be using and recommending Jetline in the future. This is certainly the travel agent for people who like to travel with friends but have their own room at a good price. I will not go back to Thomas Cook / First Choice etc.

Jetline Travel were so unhelpful I had to do all the running around and make necessary calls myself; eg. hotel reservations (they said they could not get a person going on holiday for 1 week to share with 2 people booked for two weeks), but I made the call to the hotel company and they said it was not a problem. Jetline Travel refused to send me out a receipt for £1200 I had paid for my friend and myself. I had to call and e-mail over 15 times, and eventually they sent one out 8 weeks after the had debited my account, but to the wrong address. When we tried to advise them of their mistake they would not accept the change as it did not match the address they had?! Again this took at least 10 calls.

Jetline Travel need to train their staff to be more efficient and helpful, instead of making excuses as to why things have not been done. I phoned six times and asked for a fax to be sent through. I was told that the member of staff who could send a fax was not available.

I was not impressed all, and staff were extremely unhelpful. I was basically told they were too busy, and it was no big deal to them that I had still not received my confirmation documents after being sent the wrong ones… Read Full Review

I totally agree with all the comments, I have just returned from a holiday with Jetline, it was a package comprising of flight to New York, stay in New York and cruise. The flight and the cruise were fine but I am having an ongoing dispute with them over the hotel. As previous comments have mentioned, the staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful thats if you can get to speak to anyone as they never answer the phone and if they say they will call back they never do, they need to be better trained in customer relations.

We got through quickly, and the agent was very helpful, she was also able to beat all our previous quotes.
