I have been looking for a good digital for some time, and decided on the Fuji 4700 after looking carefully at cameras feature's.

I spent ages deciding on which camera to buy.
In the end I opted for the Fuji 4700, as my mate has a 40i and I was impressed with the image quality the SuperCCD gives.
I opted for the 4700 as I wanted a zoom, and I'm really happy with it.

I believe that this may be a good camera (I will reserve judgement until I, if I ever, actually manage to load the camera on to my computer. I am sorely disappointed in its lack of ease of use.

First digital camera. You will want to buy a larger memory card as the 16 MB gets eaten up quite quickly. Very nice picture quality. Biggest criticism is the Finepix 4700's limited resolution options - the 640x480 mode is too low to be any real use, 1280x960 is pretty good, but if that is all I wanted, I'd have bought a 1.3 megapixel camera.
