This Nissan Micra K11 1.0l has proved to be a real gem, i never believed that such a basic model with no flairs, could be such a joy to drive!
It is like riding a favourite go-kart in a fairground, but you can take it home afterwards!
I have had nothing but pure fun with this car, ok, on motorways ...

i have had my micra about 7 months and i think it great car with lots of potential! It is a nippy car with great looks cheap insurance and when modified a real head turner. Every one calls the micra a birds car but i don't think this is true as it is just a great car. I get stick for driving a micra ...

I have a 97 Registered K11 Micra 1.0i 16valve. Although it is only my first car, I still reckon that it was one of the best, and possibly one of the most underrated cars on the road today. As a student, I cannot be left with a standard car, so up to this point I have made a few minor tweeks to it. T ...

My little Nissan Micra (or March) is a 2nd generation K11. Mine arrived with 44 thousand on the clock, leather seats, power windows (4), power mirrors, airbag, antiseptic treatment on the steering wheel and gear knob, treated glass that makes it seem like its got an eternal coat of Rain X, and UV cu ...

The Nissan Micra K11 1.0l is a good car, doesn't look like it, but it's fun to drive, and a sweet sounding engine when past 4000rpm.

The Nissan Micra K11 1.0l is probably the most underrated small car of recent years. There are a lot of people who will be put of by the car's looks and image, but that is their loss. A used Micra is hard to beat as a cheap reliable car for a new driver.
The 1.0 litre is an excellent little engin ...

The nissan micra K11 1.0l is a very good little car- reliable and economical. Does not give you the grandmother feel when driving. Would still buy the old shape micra against the new shape if I had a choice.
Very Roomy in the back. Lots of space when rear seats lowered. Had 46.7mpg out of my H reg ...

I like mine. It's nippy enough about town, yet it cruises down the motorways at 80mph. I travel huge amounts, and will get about 250 to 300 miles from a tank when 90% of that tank is on the motorway at 80mph.
Incredibly reliable too! I've done over 20,000 miles in mine and have yet to service it ...

Looking for a cheap car i start by trying a Suzuki Alto (4995!) and followed that on the same day by the 1.0l Micra. Whilst the build quality was far superior, the performance was really very weak. I did try a 1.4 later that day and whilst it was much much more torquey it felt like it objected to be ...
