    For cash back claims with e2save I can never get through to them when I have called, always they ask to call back later. I have been trying for least 3 working days without any luck.

    I have completed my 1 year chequeback deal and received all cashbacks promptly. Just thought I should write, because i know there are bad reviews, and my situation worked well. Having said this i will always be pessimistic about using the service again simply because of the strict process.

    The cashback rules are so complex that it is very difficult to qualify. Although I had followed the rules they sent me, it appears that they had others that they were following.     I bought a pay monthly contract phone from them the phone was a clearance model and as a result not in original packaging etc and most of the kit that would of been supplied with a new phone was missing.
