It is hugely frustrating to try and get information from anyone at Natwest. The charges on my Business Bank account are highly uncompetitive, and the service does not match the high costs they charge.

I have a number of Natwest Business Bank Accounts with Natwest in Luton. I have found the accounts managed to a high standard with an excellent manager who is now based in the branch, who I can just pop in and see without an appointment. I find him very helpful and always provides me with sound advi ...

As a small business I rely on the professional service and standard of my contacts. My Natwest business account is a public menace that should be stopped. I have had endless problems with the account that remain unresolved. One such small example; I have been in, written and telephoned to change th ...

Natwest Business Bank Account is just a cynical operation designed to take maximum charges from customers.
Commuications is amongst the worst I've ever come across in business. Service is non-existant. They don't seem to care about that either!

Despite promises of a cash card and free banking from June onwards, I am still awaiting the card (after 2 months) and am still incuring charges. As a result, I shall be closing the account and, if asked at networking meetings about business ...

Although Natwest promised free banking for the first 12 months this has not happened. Despite writing to the manager in charge of the account (and getting no acknowledgement), phoning and getting a minion calling back saying "I don't know about that, I will check". The minion did not call back as pr ...

The Natwest Business Bank Account has no debit card available other than solo, and the credit card has very low limits which render it all but useless for a business. I run a computer company and the limit they gave me was less then 5% of my minimum monthly deposit. When I asked for an increase so ...

The Natwest Business Account is easy to set up but suffers from poor communication to managerial level - difficult to get accurate costings ie interest rates and bank charges.
