Despite being with the Natwest as a business user for over 10 years I have been totally disgusted with their negligence over trying to set up a euro account plus other matters that have been an issue over the past year or 2. Now looking elsewhere.

I must be lucky as the 2 Natwest business managers I have had have been excellent, Woodford Green branch, both understood and still understand our business model and management style.

Overall, happy so far with NatWest, but still a bit disappointed at their slow application process. Took six weeks to open up account. I had to call them on most occasions to find out what the status of the application was.
