We could see a small cashflow problem looming due to some late funds and they turned us down flat for a tempor ...

All in all a culture of complete complacency. I feel they don't care about their clients, and like another complainant I'm off as soon as I can find a decent alternative. After 40 years of personal banking with them, I expected a lot better.

Appalling service despite high turnover/profitability. Phone calls not returned, payments missed - will move as soon as I find a decent alternative.

I spent 2 hours in their office, with every promise to move my existing bank account to them. They tried to sell me no less than 4 different insurance schemes (factoring, PI, Employers liability, Mentoring (employment law insurance), and tried to sell me several others. However, at the end of a 2 ho ...

The bank charges are high, and service is poor when dealing with problems. I am moving my account to another bank.
Natwest have had their chance, and I've had enough!

If you do have an account, don't ever change address, as they don't seem to be able to do that.
My business address changed, and since then, the Natwest business bank account statements have been sent to my home in my personal name, so now my accountant says it is difficult to separate the pers ...

After lots of problems I opened a business account with Natwest in August, and I have never received one phone call offering support to my small business retail shop. They made lots of mistakes setting up my account in the first place, and it took over two months to get even a cash card. I am now ...

It took 3 months to set up a "4/5" working days business account!
Despite the promise of being able to see my personal & business account on the same page, I have just been told "no chance".
Natwest Business banking will do anything to get your business!
Is there a decent, honest bank out t ...

I have been trying to open a business account with Natwest. I have had a personal account with them for years and always been OK. So I thought easy option, open the biz account with them too. How wrong I was. They have a process for getting proof of ID documents which just does not work. So they los ...
