I can't begin to tell everyone how much I HATE Dorothy Perkins. I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago (international) and it still has not arrived!! I've called Customer Service twice and emailed the webstie SIX TIMES and no one has gotten back to me! They say they can't track my order?! With the technology these days that is a LIE. I agree with you. I just wish I saw the negative reviews before I ordered from this website. My order is lost and the customer service is not replying to my e-mails (I e-mailed them three times so far). I contacted the post office in my country and they haven't received any of the ordered goods (the total value of which is almost 100 Euros). This is my second order from DP; the first one arrived on time. This also proves that there is no problem with my address or the fact that I am an international customer. The problem is with DP itself. Terrible website and even more terrible customer service! I

Agree! Late Order + irresponsible customer service! I placed the order on 8th July, n the auto-message told me that I will receive my order no later than 13 th August , I wrote to them ask the status of my order,they just revert with this formatted long message of how long each type of delivery may take.

The ridiculous message from them is:
f your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK and was ordered on Standard Delivery, we would ask that you allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your parcel to reach you.

“Lost my return, unresponsive customer service.”

Ordered some sale items and wanted to return about £70 worth. packaged the return, as per their instruction and using their recommended courier service. 3 weeks later and the parcel never got there. Called the courier service (Collect+) and they said it was never picked up from where I dropped it off. Apparently my problem / contract is with DP so Collect+ cannot help or compensate in any way. “Absolutely awful customer service and refund procedure”

Have to say either the company do not have any staff to answer emails and phone calls or they sit around doing nothing. The customer services is appalling, no-one gets back to you. I returned an item over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. They claim there is a problem, but in order for it to be looked into and sorted out, I (the customer) is expected to sit on the phone for an hour to get this resolved. They do not act... “Too slow, terrible customer focus”

I had placed an order late april, I was told I would receive it within 5 days but eventually I got it after 10 days. The item didn't fit, so I followed all the return instructions and returned it the next day (4th of may). “DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!”

I've ordered 3 times from the website and paid express delivery (next day or nominated) all times. EVERY single time, the items have arrived 2-3 days late. I've called and email them and they can't give me a reason why the items/parcel is late. This is the first review that I've ever written, but I really feel like I need to warn people - don't order from DP online! 1. Ordered online from DP about three weeks ago and not the first time that the delivery is delayed, this time its just not arrived yet. “Staff very helpful & willing to suggest alternative...”

Staff very helpful & willing to suggest alternative options when the item wasn't available when I needed it in a hurry. I'd let people know how helpful the staff are as word of mouth is always good PR. I am so much in agreement. A month and they have been saying the courier company has a backlog (HERMES that is!).

Called thrice and placed on hold for 30 minutes atleast! Have now requested a refund. Am very disappointed with DP service and delivery.

Having read some of the reviews on this site I felt I needed to add my support to DP. I appreciate the frustration of the international customers and this is something that they would need to look into. However as a customer in the UK I can't fault them. Several years ago their stock used to be incredibly boring but since their revamp I am spoilt for choice! i have a question! Normally I'm a Large or a meidum at forever 21 and im not in the range of plus sizes, but there's this black dress i'm dying to have and it's 100% polyester, and it's now only available in 2x and 3x .Im a 36B in bra size, and 9 in jeans so even though im not in plus size clothing, do you think that a 2x in size from a dress in forever21 + would be too big on me?? I heard that forever21+ run sizes in junior + so it's smaller, i'm crossing my fingers hoping 2x will fit me!

“Fantastic choice”

When arriving at the store, all the clothes are arranged nicely and very attractive to the eye. There was plenty of room between the rails for me to push the pram. The staff were very friendly and always smiling which was nice. Once I found the style of dress I wanted (there's a lot of choice) they didn't have my size.
