    Great value for money, well laid out website, goods as described and delivered within a week, goods seem of good quality.

    One disappointment were some confusing emails arising from the order (two order numbers one for the goods and one for no goods). An email to clarify the confusion did not get a ...

    Best Customer Service I have received in a while. Did everything they could to assist me with my inquiries, and help me when items i wanted were out of stock.
    Kept me informed at everything of the progress of my order,
    Website was great and was easy to follow your order.

    Redstore's service and price were fantastic, though I think I could have got on fine with the camcorder even without the Extreme Sports Pack (for the price). Depends exactly what you need the camcorder for, I guess.

    Bought some Crucial memory via Google checkout.
    Redstore is the best price around for this particular part (cheaper then Crucial's own). Delivery was prompt. Not had to contact customer services so can't comment on them.
