“Click & Collect is Good...”

Cannot really comment on delivery from Argos Online - but the ability to 'click and collect is a definite plus! I've had a couple of small items delivered with no problem at all (via Royal Mail) - as I recall, one of these had been sold out - so they emailed me the second it was back in stock - brilliant, as it was a very popular gift that was sold out again within hours. “Delivery never arrived”

I ordered a product (push a long toy walker) for a christmas present for my daughter 3 weeks ago, and booked in for a delivery slot on the monday after the placed order, and 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. “Refused a refund!”

I bought an oven that I wish to return as it is not what we expected (colour) and because white goods are excluded from their 30 day money back guarantee, they are refusing. However, we were never advised it was not in the guarantee as the store we got it from has an out of date system so it does not prompt the sales assistant to advise the customer, and subsequently does not display on the receipt. I agree!!!!!!!! I will never buy from Argos again I just had the most disgusting customer experience from the manager at the Cumbernauld branch. I bought a TV after Xmas in the sale, as soon as I plugged it in I was not happy with the picture or sound so promptly returned to the box with original undamaged packaging - like you this product is returnable in their catalogue, web, receipt and was not advised in store at time of purchase?????? However as I plugged it in it is classed as 'used' mmmmmmm how do we know if its any good unless we switch it on??? Like you I will not just leave this between that and the conduct of the so called manager I am disgusted with their service - never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute disgrace. Was promised on ordering that the product would be delivered on release day. No sign of it 2 days after release day. Rang customer services numerous times only to be passed around from one to the other. None of them care. None of them know what to tell you. Left on hold for ages. “Customer Services are a waste of time”

There is a massive training issue in how to deal with customers. They need to know how their ordering system works instead of the customer explaining their procedures. When something is ordered that is in stock and paid for. Customers do expect delivery on the agreed date. If the item suddenly "disappears" before it is dispatched it is not the customers fault. Tried to order online site supposedly supports international address but tries to validate against UK post code !!! Some fields marked * mandatory but other fields also mandatory but unmarked. Cannot edit or delete address, system keeps adding new address. Strangely, when I checked the order status, it stated delivered, but this only meant to the courier who was then going to deliver it to me.
