I have a 1995 GPX Mivec in midnight blue with sunroof & switchable traction controle wich were options when new. I have owned a number of sporty cars in the past and this is without doubt the best, its well behaved during normal driving but it turns into a real beast. The trip gearbox is fantastic I ...

Owned a '94 Mitsubishi FTO GPX mivec for just over 2 years, its the first sports car we've owned and is everything we want the Tip box gives me the fun and my wife gets easy traffic jams! The only problems I have had was mainly due to poor servicing from the dealers with the previous owner and the s ...

I have had my FTO since Feb 2002 and have never looked back. The handling and performance are excellent for a car of this price. I have scared myself by pushing it around some bends and not even feeling like I would lose it.
My interpretation of FTO = "F****** Testosterone Overload".
    What can I a ...

An excellent 2+2, 200bhp from a 2litre and exceptionally cheap to get hold of in the UK. circa 6-7k for a GPX.

3 main models, GS (1.8 ltr) GR (2.0 ltr) and the GPX (2.0 ltr) other variants are GX,GPVR(Lightened GPX).

The GPX has MIVEC, which allows the Car to use another set of Cams at 5800 rp ...

This car is, without doubt, one of the best kept secrets in the UK even in 2003. Even Mitsubishi like to keep their secret to themselves & those who have heard about the FTO on the grapevine. Misti have been selling the FTO through their RalliArt brand since 1999, but most savvy owners have import ...

A great looking car despite the wheels which are too small to fill the arches. The real revelation is the handling which is roller-skate precise. Mortals driving rear-drive beasts, give up now. Engine is a gem, if one with a few impurities. It's beautifully smooth and loves to rev all the way to 800 ...

I purchased my GPX Tiptronic FTO about year ago now. When I first sat in it, I freaked, I was so low to the ground. The FTO has fantastic take off and quick acceleration. Stick a turbo in it and watch it fly. With its sleek design and great traction, the FTO is a fantastic car for the sports car ent ...

The Mitsubishi FTO is a nice car. Very quick off the mark but doesn't corner and is quiet. Very reliable, around £80,000, no boot as such (nos) but is a brilliant babe magnet.

My husband bought this mitsubishi FTO for me on my birthday (I am not sure if he bought it for himself). It only comes out during the week ends. Despite all the latest and modern sports cars around, the FTO still draws attention.

Unfortunately an idiot has broken into mine in Hackney, London. The ...

I have had my 1998 GPvR Aero Series Mitsubishi FTO since February 2001 and am still as pleased with it as I was the day I bought it. Nothing within this price bracket can rival the FTO. It seems that just about everybody who sees the car out on the road has to have a good look at the car. I was luck ...
