I foolishly applied for a capital one card and have had nothing but problems from late payment charges that were paid on time too customer service advisors that were rude and totally unhelpful. I am still having problems trying to close the acc ...

First of all, if you require a credit card and have poor credit then by all means try the Capital One credit card. Being disabled and un-able to work credit was always almost impossible to get. However after I applied and was given a Capital One card about 6 years ago, it made getting credit from other sources a lot easier, so for people like me its a god-send. The down side is the £18 yearly fee and the h ...

The Capital One Classic Card card is very easy to obtain, even if you have bad credit. They sting you with charges, the customer services are rude and have no clue.
This has happened a few times to me, where They never sent me a statement, but charged me £20.00 for late payment. I phoned th ...

Avoid Capital One
The application forms state NO annual fees or NO membership fees. Shortly after receiving the card I get an item on the bill ($59.00 Annual Fee).
I call to tell them of their error and that I do not want a card with fees. They waive the fee. Some months later the $59.00 fee ap ...
