    No good points, again didn't get what i ordered! Worst book store i have ever dealt with. Went in store to get a refund, the book counter was un manned even though plenty of staff who were not very helpful when i found them.

    www.whsmiths.co.uk can be useful even if they don't have the item in stock that you want, because you could check if they sell it and then go to the shop itself if one is nearby. Good prices. The delivery is quick and much cheaper than some other shops I have bought items from. Over all good.

    I usually find the online version of offline shops are pretty expensive comparitively and not worth looking at. Book shops have a particularly hard time when you consider the likes of Amazon and BOL are so well ensconsed in peoples' subconscious now. Think books online, think amazon right? I went to ...
