Lampshade ordered was dumped outside my flat without me signing for it....this has happened before and items went missing - advised them not to do this. It took over 8 weeks to get my account refunded.....latest item is now lost and have to wait for investigation...... Furniture never arrived Tuesday - rang to re-schedule - advised me Friday....well it never arrived because Customer Services, even though confirming new delivery date and time were actioned, never actually was. “Rubbish Customer Service”

I bought 2 items, one from the sale which was a pair of Fly London wedge sandals and a pair of boots. The boots were fine BUT I got sent a crappy pair of flat pink ugly sandals, nothing like what I'd ordered and paid for. When I rang them, of course it was a call centre in India and they weren't willing or able to send me the right item telling me it was no longer available and all they could do was refund me. “getting an item picked up to return to next”

“Undelivered goods”

I ordered some clothes from the Next website and selected delivery for a Saturday, giving them almost a week to arrange delivery. The delivery times given were between 8am and 6pm, so I waited in all day. 6pm arrived and no delivery so I called their customer services department. Ordered a shirt for delivery on Friday by 6 o'clock...waited in all day, no delivery...none on Saturday, now Monday no sign. Been a Next customer for years with no problems. Thought I would order my Mum some flowers for her bithday which fell on a a Sunday. They were to be delivered by post so ordered 6 days before the date. Did they turn up? no they did not. I found this review very helpful because...I to am still waiting for a pair of shoes i ordered in store, at the moment only 2 days late, first phone call; the shoes were with the carier, second phone; call someone will phone me back (still waiting), email to complain; automated reply someone will get in touch with me witin seven days. Dreadful service, and agree the shop assistants are shocking, but one can hardly blame them they have a miserable time working for next. Note to next, if your staff are happy so will your customers be!

Ordered a Kettle from this pathetic company, during checkout wanted my date of birth!!! For a kettle so I put 1/1/1901 apparently they don't want customers over 100 perhaps something for Age UK to look in to as this stinks of discrimination.

I purchased the chloe chest of drawers from Next. It looked lovely in the catalogue, after putting the flat pack £250 chest of drawers together all three of the handles snapped.
The front two legs of the chest are antique shaped but the back two are two rectangle blocks which looks awful!!!
