“Don't trust delivery to store”

This is the second time I've ordered something to be delivered to the store for collection and the second time the order hasn't arrived and no one can promise me it will arrive. They are happy to take your order in the hope they have the item to send out to you but the idea that it's reserved for you is total rubbish. Oh my god. Same thing with me. I am fuming. i ordered a dress online on the 2nd of December. Im still waiting and am £34 down as they've taken the paymnet straight away!!!

They said at customer services my dress was out of stock. But it wwasn't when i ordered as it wont allow you to order it if it's out of stock. So where the hell is my dress if its been in stock since the 2nd of December!!

Wont be ordering from them again. Also advise others not to!!

“next day delivery”

I had ordered an outfit online to wear on the 13th Dec in the morning,was told it was avaliable and will it on the 14th Dec evening. “Problem after problem”

Got a very stressing experience ordering on line with Next. “Useless, incompetent and unprofessional”

Joined Next online and set up an account. Order a few things - fine, they arrived, but when U returned them via courier and in store, that is when the problems began. The items were either still listed as being in my possession when I had the receipt to prove otherwise, or items I had in my possession were listed as still being with the courier. Next Used to be one of my favourite shop but not any more. Couple of recent purchases turn up to be a waste of money, very poor quality, stuff basically felt to bits after wearing in two or three time. “Absolutely shambolic experience ordering via Next....”

Absolutely shambolic experience ordering via Next. Ordered Friday morning for Saturday delivery, waited in all day and order didn't show. Apparently the 7am despatch note I received means the order has been dispatched to the courier, not to me, which is useful!? Wish I'd seen this before looking on line. I had items in my basket then decided to look for additional items so went back to shopping. The items dissappeared from my basket so I thought it was because I had gone back. Selected items again then tried to pay by card. Before I realised, I had duplicate orders charged to an account I had not agreed to and can not cancel. DISGUSTING

“Next need to get there ACT together!”

The last time I used NEXT was over a year ago and the reason why I stopped was because the Customer Service was shocking and the website kept crashing!!! “3 months on no furniture”

They purposefully mislead you with the way you have to purchase your goods and more than likely you will be mysteriously added to their credit account probably without your knowledge.Then have to pay for their directory which as an online buyer you really would not want. They do not send you a credit agreement in the post as they promise and their security seems very low.
