“Next need to get there ACT together!”

The last time I used NEXT was over a year ago and the reason why I stopped was because the Customer Service was shocking and the website kept crashing!!! I thought I would give them a second chance 12 months on and guess what Customer Service even worse and the website still keeps crashing. How does this company manage to retain business. Sunday 16 September : Ordered a pair of shoes at Next online for my daughter's school dance. “3 months on no furniture”

“order date 19 july 2012, estimated delivery 30 august...”

I bought 3 items on the 19/07/12, paid £3.99 delivery charge and 2 weeks later, nothing showed up nor email to notify me of any dispatch. So I called the customer services, i did not understand a word she said, got transferred to another advisor who told me that my estimated date of delivery was 30/08/12????? They purposefully mislead you with the way you have to purchase your goods and more than likely you will be mysteriously added to their credit account probably without your knowledge.Then have to pay for their directory which as an online buyer you really would not want. They do not send you a credit agreement in the post as they promise and their security seems very low. “Worst delivery service ever”

Made an order Thursday morning, waited in all day Friday, no delivery apparently the driver picked up the goods late and didn't have time to deliver it all, okay fine. Called next as I work over the weekend they told me the would give the driver my number to call me within 48 hrs, no call, when i checked my tracking it said delivery attempted calling card left, (not at my house). went to work Monday again no delivery as driver obviously couldn't be bothered. “Do not use!”

I have just ordered a pair of trousers from the website, at 3 times during the initial process they tried to get me to sign up to an account. I declined and selected the option to pay immediately. Despite having no reason to decline my transaction automatically 'couldn't be processed'and without the option to cancel the transaction my order was automatically added to a credit account. “Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!”

The website is one of the worst I have every used, and I do nearly all my shopping on-line. I have been trying to pay of my account (only 2 items) for over a week now and that doesnt seem possible on-line. I have spent ages trying to contact them.
